Stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it, rooms are spacious and spotless , big walk in rsin shower, we were overlooking the main ***** which was busy but when patio doors closed hardly any noise could be heard, the buffet food for breakfast and evening meals were outstanding,lots of choice and some great theme nights, the pool area was lovely and quiete with a bar serving drinks at great prices the location is second to none 2 min walk to all the entertainment and 10 mins to beach , our 1st time in Benidorm but will certainly returm soon and use this hotel, had a really great time

This fantastic hotel is ideally located in walking distance to all the entertainment you'd require along with a short stroll to the beach. It's also only a short walk to the indoor market. The hotel itself is very clean with friendly ever helpful staff and offers a wide range of food for breakfast, lunch and evening meals.

The BEST hotel we have stayed in to date. Beautiful elegante room, huge bathroom, fridge and a TV with english and spanish channels. With a balcony to people watch on the street. The staff were incredibly helpful and really nice. The food was fantastic, and mix of both culinery delights ( my husband is spanish), one night there was a full roast dinner including yorkshire puddings! Full British and continental breakfast. The hotel has several pubs and there was entertainment every day and night, including an Elvis tribute and an Abba one, both excelente. This hotel is in the perfect location for all the best entertainment and with a taxi rank outside the door, its easy to move all over Benidorm.

This could be a reasonable hotel but, The rooms are quite small and that's ok You have to pay for tea/coffee and the safe You don't get towels for the pool etc 18 euro pp to use the indoor pool The reception staff are somewhat kurt ,ambivalent at best , and moody if you ask them anything - just feel as if you are an irritation to them - made us feel like cattle. However, the food is really good in the restaurant ( restaurant staff were actually lovely) and that's the saving grace for the Ambassador ! We would absolutely not return here as the customer service from reception Staff is non existent and made us want to turn around as soon as we arrived.

The ambassador is a lovely modern hotel which is meticulously clean. The restaurant offers a good choice of food and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. One downside was the lack of Aircon, we weren't advised that this isn't available until May. We managed to get a fan from reception but it was still uncomfortably warm in the room with the door closed but noise was horrendous with it open. It's noisy at night on poolside until around 3am, as a result we didn't sleep particularly well.

We stayed at the Ambassador playa 1 for 4 nights mid April . What a fab hotel. Extremely clean , beautiful rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location - just seconds away from bars and restaurants. Food at the hotel was really varied and the prices at the bar were reasonable . Would definitely recommend!

Modern, well-appointed and clean hotel. Ideally located for the 'nightlife *****'. An easy ten minute walk to the beachfront. Plenty of restaurants and based a stone's throw away. My usual ****** with hotels - soft-closing doors would make all the difference to a good night's sleep - as would putting the young party people on a different floor / wing of the hotel ...

Went for Xmas and New Year 23/24 throughly enjoyed the experience in fact I didn’t want to go home which is a first for me. Stayed in Ambassador 11 but this time stayed in Ambassador 1 both hotels exactly the same. Rooms excellent, beds comfortable spotlessly clean, with extra pillows and blankets in top of wardrobe if needed. Bathroom is brilliant best shower (waterfall) I’ve ever had plenty of room in shower as it’s the full length of the bathroom. Food is lovely, always replacing and hot so much to choose from best food I’ve ever had in a hotel, tables are a bit tight but you soon get used to sitting next to other people and I met nice people this way. Breakfast was the best, proper named cereal from all Kelloggs varieties to Weetabix and on the hot grill the chef cooks proper thick English back bacon and gorgeous poached eggs plus omelets, crepes etc I enjoyed it so much I’m coming back in September with my sister and also booked for 3 weeks for the Xmas and New Year period with my husband, I recommend this hotel 100% and can’t wait to return.
