We have stayed twice and love the hotel. Modern rooms, location is brilliant, staff very friendly and never a rush for a sun bed which is rarity on holiday nowadays. Only ever stayed bed and breakfast so couldn’t comment about any other meal times but breakfast is decent. Never set my mood on fire but equally nothing to complain. Not 2 negatives for me would be the air con in the rooms could be better and the pool area feels like it could do with a good drop clean but there not issues to knock a point off as it didn’t affect anything. Defo recommend 👍🏼

A very welcoming, well presented & kept hotel. Arrived late after flight delay & was only ones dropped off but was greeted by Fran who was outstanding throughout our stay. Had a bagged welcome pack with food etc waiting for us. It's a decent walk down to the beach & reasonable stroll into the old town. Food was OK & like their flexible half board policy. Prefer a restaurant style than canteen but was a decent selection but bit repeative. Great no towels on sunbeds situation but that's helped by the concrete jungle surrounding that means constant movement of sun & shaded areas at different times. Wouldn't rule out a return if right deal ce up but be bit be nicer if nearer beachfront. Not been Beni for over 30 years and was pleasantly surprised how much areas have improved can see why gets year on year regulars.

Very nice Hotel. Exceptionally clean. I really enjoyed the food although not to everyones taste but wonderful selection. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish entertainment each night. It was fascinating to watch the locals dancing. I found the dining room and bed room staff very pleasant and helpful. Not so the reception staff. They were rude and arrogant especially the male staff in particular the younger guy. He left my transfer paper work thrown to the side all day and never informed me. It was faxed at 10.09 am and I must have passed him at least 4 times that day and he just ignored me. I finally received it late that evening from a female receptionist who just happened to find it.!!! On the morning I left I went to reception with my door card. He never spoke or said thank you or safe journey. Just a rude scowl on his face. I'm 72. Never again would I stay or recommend this hotel. All due to the reception staff

ゲゲストRooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

Great to be back again in this fab fab hotel. Staff so welcoming, I arrived late morning and left my case then got a call 1230 to say room ready! Brilliant! I like the rooms overlooking Gin Street! Great to people watch but it's a lovely area anyway. Location is so ideal for the many restaurants, gin bars (!), bars in the square and side streets, tapas alley (a must visit!) and several side road to the beach gets you there in a few mins walk. Rooms are cleaned to very high standard my cleaning lady was a diamond! The whole hotel has a very clean feel about it and many great attributes. Fab sun terrace roof overlooking the sea. Great bar facing gin street which serve the most amazing daiquiris! New this year is an adjoining tapas type bar at the rear of hotel with separate entrance or you can walk through by reception. It is absolutely wonderful. called Hop Cerveza. I had a fab club sandwich here on the day of the downpour (!) but had 2 amazing evening tapas dinners here. I chose to have breakfast as at only a few euros extra is worth it. Always something on with good choice to vary your selection each day. For 12 euro you can have a buffet style evening dinner here. Again decent choice and handy if your day runs late and like me you don't like to eat too late so no waiting at restaurants for courses. Hopefully back again next year same week as this one ! Thanks to all esp check in, the bar staff (Mr Daiquiri!) and the fab girls at Hop Cerveza!

We arrived really early so didn't expect our room to be ready but we were given our bands and could use the facilities, we decided to go over the road to ”the corner bar” for food (which was really good!). We come back to the hotel about 12.30 and our room was ready when I asked at 12.45, a man took my luggage and showed us to our room which I thought was a nice touch! We stayed in the apartment part of the hotel for 5 nights. The room was clean, modern and had a great view of the cross! The pool areas were clean and a good vibe at the main pool, the other pool was nice for chilling although it does get the shade for most of the day. The staff were great, we aren't the type to get to know the staff but everytime we encountered them, they were fine. Our cleaning lady was lush (I can't remember her name but she was an older lady) she was always smiling and very helpful. Most guests were having a good time and not causing any drama but, there were a few lairy people on the thursday-sunday. They didn't bother too many people but they did get told off by the lifeguard which was good to see 🤭. The food was fine for me but my boyfriend said it wasn't the best choice, very fish orientated but they always had a different meat as well. The location was great! Lots of pubs and eating places on your doorstep and the beach/strip is about 10 min walk. It would be good to have water dispensers throughout the hotel as I had to ask for water all the time (I was drinking about 3ltrs a day!) And I felt like a pain having to ask all the time (the staff didn't mind though!) My only issue and this isn't really the hotels fault but more of an admin fault is that when I booked direct with hotel online, I wasn't given an option for all inclusive PLUS. I was a bit annoyed that you are limited to snacks and some drinks every though you are supposed to be all inclusive. In the end, it didn't hinder our stay at all and we still ate and drank more than enough but it is just a bit shady when there was no option to select it from the website. All in all, I loved this hotel! I have already booked to stay at a different BCL hotel in may next year (aparthotel club) but I would love to come back to this hotel!

2024 年 8 月にパームコートアパートメントに滞在しました。この宿泊施設について何も非難することはできません。私たちは部屋 406 に泊まりました。私たちは 4 階にいて、素晴らしい景色を眺めていました!騒音の問題は全くありません。絶好のロケーション!スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーで、いつも顧客を笑顔にしました。私たちは階下のキッチンで数日間朝食と夕食をとりました。プールにあり、反対側は階下のバーにあります。フロントアウトバーは、夕方に見る人に最適です。プールはすべての年齢層に適しています。すべての部屋のエアコンは素晴らしいです!私は間違いなく友人や家族にパームコートをお勧めします、そして私たちは間違いなく戻ります‼️

CcroftyukLocation - up a steep slope but there is an entrance so you don't have to walk all way round but more steps. So any mobility issues I would certainly say don't come for these reasons. As group of lads 1st day we went out and came back to change for night but due to distance entry day after this we started out for day/ night. Apartment - great views and couldn't fault it at all... yes bit dated but price is reflective on this. Pool was good and whilst there they had music playing. Took some beers round and was nice and relaxing. Pool and area cleaned every day. Check in - this really is the part they need to improve. As we were checking in after 7pm was told we had to go to hotel lido to get the key. We arrived to a guy on reception who could speak no English and pointed us to the apartments next door to this hotel. When we went back he got on phone and said 10 mins. 10 mins later a women appeared who I showed her the email. She just said they have no key and couldn't help. So as group of lads we weren't stressing but guess many would. As we headed up the hill the chap was coming in his car stopped and we got our key but was told we needed to pay balance by 11am next day. My main complaint is with hotel lido... no ”we haven't got key yet so receptionist must still be there but we will call them” etc... they were just no key. Guess this is a regular process they have agreed. Next area they need to improve is paying balance. So we had to ensure we were up for 11am next day (after 1st night out in benners till 4am). So 1st night on my card was refunded... then had to pay holding £200 deposit, pay full amount for our stay and then get our 4 keys reprogrammed. I don't understand why when they took the 1st day on my visa why not do it all... even the holding deposit and keys done for full holiday on arrival.. very unnecessary complicated process when not needed imo. Would we go again.... with that price defo yes.. just improve the check in process or communication with hotel lido.... as when on holiday u want this to be as seemless as it can be... currently very clunky.

This hotel is situated above the coach station at the top of Benidorm, but don't let that put you off! It's exceptionally quiet, and has amazing views. Due to the shape of the building, some end rooms are quirky but spacious, the large windows give you fantastic views of either Benidorm or the mountains. At night it's deadly quiet. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Double Bed is a little small, ask for twin beds if you want more bed space. Pillows are also a little flat, typical to Europe. Bathrooms have a bath with shower over and toiletries are provided. Rooms have aircon, TV but no tea or coffee facilities. The cafe downstairs is open from 9am and does great coffee and snacks. There is a buffet restaurant but we didn't use it. There is a small gym and outdoor swimming pool on the first floor, perfect sunbathing area! Free underground car parking opposite the hotel or lots of off road spaces beside the hotel. Friendly staff on reception too!

DDee Broadley素晴らしいスタッフはとても親切で、価格は良かった。ホテル全体は清潔で奇妙でした。ベッドは快適で、大きなウォークインシャワーは部屋にケトルがありますが、カップコーヒーなどはありません。しかし、場所は私たちにとってあまり良くありません。町のレジデンシャルビットの真ん中にあった。数時間で上に上がる必要がある青い駐車スペースを見つけるために管理するだけで、どこでも住宅であるため、駐車場は悪夢でした。私たちは、道路の向かいにある€22のホテルのプールの追加費用で駐車場に駐車しました。

Was a bit apprehensive before we got there because there are some not too good reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. A nice warm welcome, clean and modern looking reception. Room wasn't quite ready as we were early but they kindly let us leave our luggage in a lock up in the lobby. Although we had to pay 200 euro deposit (first time ever in Beni) It was literally automatically refunded an hour after leaving. Room was basic but adequate. It was clean and tidy with a nice size balcony. There's a washing machine as well so handy if you don't want to pack too much. Nice size fridge/freezer, TV (no English channels at first but they sorted it in no time.) Not that a TV is essential when you're away, just handy when you're waiting for her indoors to get ready! Toilet and shower all nice and clean with very hot water. Beds: two singles in the premium room we had which didn't bother us and were clean and quite comfy to be honest. I had a Mobility scooter and there is room for parking in car park with electric outlets to charge. (No Fee) Advice: car park is open air so keep some of your shopping carriers or something in the rare case it rains overnight to cover up your scooter electrics. The Pool isn't the best in Beni but sufficient if you just want to cool off. There are not too many sun beds but there are loads of tables and chairs and a pool bar. 2 lifts for the 15 floors which were great. All in all I would recommend, especially at the rates, after all you only get what you pay for and we were quite happy and will definitely be going back. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help with any little probs you may have. Bear in mind you are right in the centre of the ***** and it can get a little noisy if you want to get to bed early!
