Swim out is fun, secrets side gives access to the whole resort. Great food, fun and relaxing.

I never arrived, my passport was expiring and could not get an appoin**ent to renew in time for my trip. So I literally threw $3200 out the window. I didnt ask or want a refund, i just wanted to change my travel dates. NO help from Trip.com or the hotel. Lesson leaned, my first time and my last time.booking here. Customer service should be better.

The staff was excellent. The drinks are watered down and premium liquor they don’t have or the brands they do have you will get charged extra. The food was okay, nothing to brag about neither was the room, attention to detail was missing throughout the room/property. Nice resort just not the luxury I was looking for. Overall it was just okay.

We just got back from a week at Secrets. Love that you can have your choice from quiet to mid party to loud and fist bumpin in one resort. The food was all great. We ate all of our breakfasts and a couple suppers at Rosewood. Love the brick oven pizzas at the swing bar by the beach! Burgers were good by the pool. Hibachi was our favorite. The service was all top notch. Alejandro and Hugo at the Sports bar were the BEST. They took great care of us and were the extra cherry on top. The Sports Bar has any sport you can dream of. We loved watching all the Sunday football in the pool. We didn’t spend any time at the beach. The beach itself is pretty small, but the water is murky and yucky. However, if you are more of a pool vibe person, you will be just fine. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat.

I love the property. We had a lot of fun! We liked that you can go to Breathless side as well. The shiny desserts were not the best, I would prefer flan, fresas con crema, Platanos Fritos…. The beach was messy with green/brown soggy sea**** looking stuff, couldn’t really enjoy the beach. But I would come back from all the different events we went to on the property. Thanksgiving dinner was delicious, neon party was fun!

Resort was beautiful and very quiet. Staff was excellent. Dining was ok nothing really stood out but the venues were very nice. Great bartender in prefferred lounge bit not alot of top shelf as promised Snacks in lounge were not good if you like to swim in ocean do not come her water is dark and no one swims red flag out all the time nice view from rooms but not to use for water activities. David the entertainer was very good !

Loved the 3 pools which provided a different vibe with the Secrets pool being perfect for us. The Rosewater restaurant had great food and being right on the water was gorgeous! Our favorite restaurant for dinner was the French. One of the best steaks that we have ever had at an all inclusive resort! Lots of entertainment or you could just chill. Highly recommend this resort!

Our stay was over all good! The ocean was not really swim-able due to sea grass.. the service was consistently inconsistent for our room! After 3 days we had not received clean washcloths… after we asked for them we did receive replacements… also there was a few days they didn’t replenish our bottles water… was to be restocked daily… after bringing things like this to their attention they did fix it but we should not have had to remind them how to properly restock items. We had a swim up room n after a few days they were taking the pool towels but not replacing them.. until after we asked… but Alejandro at the Twist and Squeeze bar was fabulous as well as Carlos at the After Dark club . And Mar at the secrets preferred pool! These 3 provided impeccable service each time we saw them!! Our “concierge was rarely around and provided really no assistance. While we did enjoy ourselves it is unlikely that we will return to this property. The food was ok… not the worst but far from the best.

I liked that there was 3 sections; Quiet, Social and 'Party Time'. The beach was not great.
