ベルガモのプール付きホテル

ここに2泊しました。ベルガモの「旧市街」エリアに以前滞在していたのは素敵でした。このエリアは「実行」と見なされます。コーヒーショップ、レストランなどの主要な町まで徒歩5-10分です。前のレビューは、レセプションスタッフがどれほど歓迎的で、フレンドリーで、親切であるかについてコメントしましたが、私はその経験を得ませんでした。レセプションエリアはドアのすぐ内にあるため、荷物、プラムなどと一緒に到着して出発するのに混雑することができます。部屋は十分なスペースがありました。追加のタオル(シングルルームの3つは基本)、部屋に冷蔵庫や水眼などが必要な場合がありました。床はフーバーを掛けることができたので、スリッパを着用してください(部屋には含まれていません)。私の滞在に朝食が含まれていないので、私は選択が限られているように見えたのでうれしいです。このホテルは短期滞在には問題ありませんが、もっと長く滞在するなら他の場所を探しているかもしれません。

良い点 - コミュニティエリアは清潔で整頓されています。レセプションのビトリアは素敵です。大きなベッドルームは最近装飾されたように見えました。大きなベッドと柔らかい枕。十分な電気ソケット。良いシャワー。ドアを閉めなければならない人が常にあるが、防音。朝食は良い。すべて通常。パン、ハム、チーズ、ヨーグルト、フルーツエッグなど。時々少しマニアック。悪い点。ベッドルームは掃除されず、ベッドは1日作られませんでした。別の日、私たちは予備のトイレットロールを残さなかった。私たちのタオルは折りたたまれず、レールの山に残されました。コーヒーのために部屋に牛乳を与えたことはありません。共有バルコニーがありますが、それを着ると、角にある別の寝室に静かが見えます。シャワーの底に厚いスリムな茶色の泥。私たちがいた9泊で決して晴れませんでした。努力なしで、ティッシュで少し外れました。それは嫌でした。エリアは良く、駅を考えると走り落ちません

ホテルは一般的に満足のいくもので、近所は比較的繁栄していて、たくさんのお店があり、外出して散歩することができます。駅から徒歩約5分、フロントのサービスも良く、フロントの女性もとても熱心です。

Our second stay in this hotel and it will not be our last! We have now stayed here for our anniversary and my partners birthday! The staff are all so so lovely, they are so helpful. The breakfast is great - there are sausages, beans & eggs all hot and fresh and topped up often. There are many varieties of fresh croissants, there are cakes and creams and jam and toast and yoghurts also. The pistachio cream is amazing! The lobby is old fashioned & authentically Italian and we love it! The bedrooms are all different and all just as lovely. The first time we stayed we had a beautiful ornate headboard and the second time we had a perfect top floor room! ( beware there are steps up if you want a top floor) We had a wraparound balcony where we could watch a lovely Italian sunrise. Both rooms we have stayed in had baths. The service is really second to none. There are luggage holding facilities which we use. The hotel is a 10/15 min walk into a more central part of the new town and the bus/train stations which is perfect for us. It’s quite quiet around the hotel.

便利なロケーション、安全なエリア、ホテルは歴史的感覚を持っていますが、設備は整っており、朝食は豊富です!良い選択!

I booked 2 rooms. We travelled with a small business group so we had 1 single room and 1 double room. First of all - for 1 room I haven't received the code to enter the room - I had to call and ask. What is worst - I enered the room at 23;30 and my room WAS NOT CLEANED AFTER THE PREVIOUS GUEST. no reception, no phone numbers answered. Certainly I had to leave the Bergamo INN43 and look for another hotel around at night. I wrote the message to the office and certainly no ANSWER. When I called - the unpleasant lady was surprised... but NO WORD - SORRY, APPOLOGIZE ETC. After few hours I got a standard reply that they will give back the money for the room I COULDN'T use. What a recompensation - for my time and trouble???? Of course they blocked the possibility of placing the opinion. EMBARRASSMENT. I will never go there!!!!!!!

Stayed two nights at Hotel Cappello. Nice premier inn type hotel in good location in the downtown Bergamo. Rooms adequate and clean and a good breakfast. Staff very friendly on reception and bar and restaurant. Well worth a visit if you are on a budget and want to avoid costly posh hotels.

We visited Bergamo for a night to visit a friend. Check in was very smooth since it’s fully automated, you could do it by yourself after the check in time. The place is homey with good decorations. What I love the most was our room. Very spacious even the bathroom. There’s a mini kitchen inside the room which is very useful. The room smelled nice. The pillows and the bed were comfortable. I did slept well. I think it’s soundproofed too. Because when we go to the hallway i could hear our neighbors children but once we come inside we won’t hear any noise from our neighbors. Staff was very prompt too. I’ve sent a text message that we are having problem with the coffee machine, and 10 minutes later they provided us with a new one. Will definitely come back here when we visit Bergamo again in the future.
