Had a horrible experience with the checking in, and continued following days - unfortunately my keycard kept on not working, even when they just gave me a keycard and I walked to the elevator and the keycard did not work in thee elevator less than 2 minutes after they gave it to me, they still claimed I was the one ruining the keycards... so offensive to blame the guest
we can all make mistakes all good - for me it was the attitude of the front desk that was so condesending that it is clearly obvious that the staff at the front desk has forgotten why they are there - FOR THE GUESTS - and not the other way around.... no guests no reason for them to be there in the first place.
I had unfortunately prepaid my stay and as a ********** VIP Gold Member, I travel a lot and I go to many hotels all over the world and I meet so many front desk staff and never have I experienced anything like the front desk at the Titanic - had I not prepaid my stay, I would have checked out immediately.
Stayed 3 nights and stayed as far away from the staff as possible, it seems like a really nice hotel, the women at the front desk just made the hotel really ugly to me.
