Tam olarak fiyat performans oteli. Oda temizliği iyi değildi. Odalar arası duvarlar tam anlamıyla kağıt gibiydi. Resepsiyon personeli ilgili. 1 sabah kahvaltıya indik, hijyen olarak çok zayıftı salona girmemizle çıkmamız bir oldu. Otelin otoparkı yok tam karşısında ücretli otopark var 24 saatlik 250 tl.

Went here as a family and my first time ever visiting Istanbul. I did not know what to expect and was not told to stay away from this hotel or area. Arrived at the hotel and was met with a deep 5 step entrance with revolving doors. As we had a wheelchair user with us, we did not expect this and it was a nightmare! I went to speak to the receptionist about getting some sort of ramp for us but they were dismissive and very rude about the fact that we had a wheelchair! I did not expect this level of service anyone in my life and was taken aback. When I went outside, a kitchen staff saw us and suggested we go through the back entrance and use the ramp they had for deliveries. The ramp was literally two rails that was tight for the purpose built wheelchair we had. It was a struggle to go through the back entrance and it was the first/last time we used it. We tipped the kitchen staff as he was very nice to us and even helped push the wheelchair up the steep ramp. When we eventually went to check in, the staff were disinterested and abrupt, not a nice experience as you can imagine after the ordeal of getting into the hotel. They gave us a room key and said off you go. They did not offer to help us with our luggage and were visibly relieved we were going to our room. When we went into the room, it stank of cigarettes even though it is a none smoking hotel. When I went to reception to complain about this they said in broken English that it is maybe me that smells of smoke, even though I don't smoke! The cheek of them! I literally grabbed a bell boys hand, took him to the room which he was angry accompanying me and when he walked into the room the anger disappeared from his face and he whispered "sorry yes yes" indicating that he smells the smoke too. We were assigned another room that looked good at first but once we settled and took a nap we noticed this room was terrible. The door panel was caving in and was more and more difficult to open the door everyday, a clear health and safety issue (what if there was a fire and the door couldn't open for us to escape?!). To make matters worse, all the rooms' door panels were incredibly narrow, this meant the wheelchair we had did not fit and unfortunately everytime we entered/left the room the wheelchair user had to stand up with great difficulty and we had to fold/unfold the wheelchair in/out of the room so they can sit back down. This resulted into two falls for the disabled guest and the hotel staff didn't even care. When I told the hotel staff about the caving door panel, they were rolling their eyes and mumbling under their breaths until I went and took pictures of the door, the dysfunctional bathroom (bidet knob had fallen off and couldn't be used, shower sliding doors leaked water all on the floor when you take a shower, towel rack fallen off and held together with a paper towel and nail combination - something I had never seen before and now regret not taking a picture of!). I had booked this hotel for my parents, it was really dirty and there was no toothbrush in the hotel, the windows were very small and the view was inappropriate. There was no one to help with the luggage! It was a bad experience The breakfast was very ordinary and the air conditioning did not work well

The hotel is extremely noisy, making it easy to hear voices from other rooms. Our requests were disregarded by the reception. Despite reserving a room for three adults, the hotel only provided an uncomfortable extra bed for the third person and and has charged the room just for 2 persons. This hotel should not be considered a four-star establishment. However, its location is the only positive aspect.

Very terrible experience i had during my stay at this hotel.. reception staff were rude and impolite it was not pleasant at all.. The hotel facilities like the gym and the pool was "an extra charge of 200 lira" which wasn't written when the rooms got booked, And the gym looked absolutely nothing like the pictures.. Breakfast was not well Varieties of the food on the buffet were very limited, the boiled eggs were broken It wasnt good we kept having breakfast outside of the hotel because it was that bad...

- The stay in this hotel was not very good because the behavior of hotel reservations was very impolite - They had allocated a mineral water for each room, which was very little, it didn't matter if you were in a room with two beds or more - The rooms were arranged every day, but they were not cleaned so that if you walked with bare feet, your feet would be dirty. - The variety of Sabjana was better than the other services, but if something ran out at the breakfast table, they did not charge any more -Facilities such as swimming pool and gym are 200 lira per day

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, other than that everything that you were promised isn't true. From bad AC, to poor cleanliness, to weak wifi. As well as a situation I encountered where I came back to my room to an opened pack of gum from the mini bar where I definitely didn't open it, and they didn't even want to hear my side of the story and I ended up paying for it.

Hotel is in a very convenient location and the rooms are clean and simple. Breakfast, although labelled as closing at 10:30 (on a weekend) actually starts shutting at 10:00 and omelette will not be made for your after 10:00 which is disappointing (and we asked very politely). The spa facilities and pool are not great. The pool was cold when my family used it and water filter made very loud noises. I would not recommend the pool.

worst hotel ever.dirty bed sheets ,towels and everything,terrible experience.I didn’t book the hotel myself it was from my company. one whole day without wifi no slippers gym and pool was included the contract but they wanted us extra money 😃. i just laughed at them
