Poor communication and service. Nobody available at check in despite being during stated hours. Apartments poorly equipped though look great. Amenities within the block were great although no access to rooftop as depicted in listing.

Super sauber und Ana ist sehr hilfsbereit ! Ich war schon 2 mal dort und war beide Male sehr begeistert. Tür kann man mit der Handy App aufsperren und es ist super komfortabel! Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt der 24/7 geöffnet ist und in der Nähe gibts gute Restaurants . Außerdem ist das Zimmer super ausgestattet ! Immer wieder gerne

the gym only has weights and treadmill and bicycle. but the pool is nice and clean, the Sauna was good too. the only thing I did not like was that there was no Pots available for cooking rice. there are only 3 pans.

I loved the time that I was in the Benesta hotel. Very quiet clean nice apartment with awesome staffs I had great 10 days at Benesta hotel. Great transfer service, clean pool and gym, quite building, wonderful balcony and all you need to feel you are home you can find there. You can get cleaning services for extra charge but also you can do yourself since you have all the tools like vacuum, washer and … at your apartment

Apart from the apartment being tastefully furnished, there’s nothing great about this apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful. I didn’t have the issue of rowdy neighbours. However, It wasn’t cleaned before I received it. The beds are horrible and they couldn’t have chosen cheaper bedding- the sheets are hard and unpleasant. They didn’t provide dish soap and a sponge as other apartments do. I have to wash the towels myself if I want clean towels to use. And worst of all, you will not get a peaceful nights sleep. Across the road is a 24 hour tyre fitment centre with drilling and banging going on all night long. Please do not book this apartment for your stay in Istanbul.

I hope my review supported with images, will help you make the best decision regarding your stay in Istanbul. This was not my first visit to Istanbul, but it was one of the worst. But let me start from the beginning. I stayed at Benesta Residence for 18 days. I had to deal with many issues when I stepped into the apartment. Dirty bathroom, broken drawer in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the washer, floors, and carpets covered with black hair and popcorn. On a couple of occasions, I had a problem entering the apartment because different cellphone numbers were tied to the digital key (yes, they have access to your apartment all the time while you staying there). On the last day, I spent approximately 15 minutes waiting for them to send someone and help open the apartment (which, of course, did not happen because they simply didn't care). But this is nothing compared to what I have experienced almost each and every night. Having said that, I was terrorized by people from Apt. 111 that tried to enter my apartment from the balcony (the Benesta team had a chance to witness finger trails on the glass wall). All night-long parties, alcohol, fights, fire alarm activated by drunk travelers (which the security could not deactivate for 40 minutes), and ringing on my door in the night are just a portion of what I experienced while staying there. I shared all the recordings and images with the Benesta team. Still, nothing happened, and security couldn't do anything about that. Moving to a new apartment wasn't an option for a Benesta team (I initiated that on a couple of occasions in written). The main reason they could not move me to another apartment is that, as Mr. Firat stated, I did not book a flat directly from them. So, I experienced a whole new level of discrimination too. They only proposed that I can call the police (because they want to nurture a good relationship with the owner of apt.111). Imagine that attitude. Aghh, yes, they tried to bribe me with a bar of chocolate to keep my mouth shut, which I did not accept. Benesta's apartment description is full of fancy words: Sound-proofed rooms - not true, because you can literally hear what your neighbors do in the bedroom, bathroom, etc. Environmentally friendly travel - if you come from the EU, you know what sustainability standards are. Here, they swear they do not use plastic. Yet, you get in the bathroom shampoos and conditioner in a non-recyclable plastic bottle. They even claim on Booking that "Single-use plastic miniature shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles not used" and "Recycling bins available to guest and waste is recycled." My question is - How do you recycle it if we can put waste in just one trash bin available on the floor? LOL Lastly, you need to know that many people that recently moved from other countries with dogs live in that building. So, don't be surprised if you see a lot of poop around the building (yes, dog owners do not have a habit of cleaning up after their

The Benesta at Beyoğlu is a wonderful place, comparable to 4-5 star hotel. The apartment was super clean. There was a supervisor on site(Hadeer Othman), who was helpful with any issue 24/7. It’s a huge, beautiful building with security 24/7. The security people were very respectful and professional. There are two markets outside the property, where we could buy bread, fruit and water from. There is a Sheraton hotel next to the property that we went for dining , coffee, and also signed up for city tours. The apartment was almost brand new with everything set up properly. There is a washing machine , fridge, cookware and tea/coffee maker with enough dishes and utensils. Anything we needed, we just had to contact Hadeer! She is super wonderful and speaks perfect English. The only minor issue is the noise from outside. If you get a room with windows to the main road, it would be very noisy day or night if you open the windows. I forgot to mention the cleanliness of the property. All hallways, elevators, common facilities like the pool and Sauna were impeccable. For transportation, download Uber. You also need to get a taxi to go around the city. If you go to the other side of the road and climb up one of the narrow streets you will end up in Istiklal Cad with lots of shops and food. I highly recommend this place . It’s a steal for the money.

Lots of construction noise, mattress was very cheap quality Building and Apartment itself are nice amd clean. They should invest in proper comfortable mattress and communicate with clients if theres any construction or renovations going in. TAKSIM SQUARE IS 15 MINUTES WALL, BUT ITS ALL UPHILL , tiring to walk up.
