Our company hosted our event at The Crown,and believe me its one of the best decisions they have taken. The hotel is out of the world with it's service and staff. The banquet was amazing with it's ***ager Mr Nitin. The breakfast experience was one level up with a wide range of dishes. The staffs Vikram,Neil,Biswajit,Elvin,Nishan ***** with the Chef Ajijul and Rajat are fabulous.

Stay was amazing, Rooms are good, Stayed 3 days Staff provide the constant service. Especially Animesh, Biswajit, Chef Aijul and Kai Krishna They even tuned food to our local style and provide outside menu food You should definitely try the zodiac restaurant

Rooms are spacious, hygienic and comfortable. Well placed near the highway. Great staff. Biswajit, Animesh, Nitin and ajjijul had taken great care of our dining experience throughout the stay. Food was great. Nice place to stay.

Most curteous staff that I have met, I’m pretty sure the entire work staff is fantastic etiquette and is extremely helpful. Would really like to highlight a few stars Konyak, for her out of the way approach to meet my preferences in the room selection, the team at restaurant Neil, Biswajit and Chef Ajijul they had been making my breakfast experience super smooth considering I had a flight to catch. The hotel has ***y experiences as well which is an added benefit. Cheers to the good work, keep it up!

Stay went well. Food was really good . Would definitely recommend the restaurant . I would like to extend my gratitude towards front office Amitabha, Suraj , samika and bhagya . They made sure my stay went well. Had a wonderful experience. Beautiful property and will visit again...........

nice stay good food .Staffs are good and cooperative. check in dnd check out was smooth. Amitabha was very kind during our stay. Bhagyaranjan & Samika & Suraj were helpful. food at zodiac cafe was delicious. Arit was good at handling. Love to come back

Great hotel and food. Very clean and the service was amazing. Thank you Animesh - you did a great job. Your attention to detail was amazing. You went above and beyond. The gym is brand new and the pool is immaculate. I would highly recommend this hotel for business travel.

Superb stay at the Crown. Newly renovated with pleasing decor and amazing food and service. Chef Ajijul, Arit and Vikram really took care of us at breakfast. The room and pool were where we spent most of our time! Just one hitch: though it was booked as an IHCL Wow package for lady travellers, it was only on reaching the hotel that we got to know that there is no on-site spa available and no amenities were shared as part of the package. Huge disconnect between online offer and actual service it seems

Great place, service. Animesh at breakfast was specifically very polite and courteous. Location was also decent. Love the ambience! The price is also reasonable. Recommend if you want a 5 star experience at a reasonable price. Would probably recommend just to lower the food prices a bit.
