そこでは私にとってとても楽しい経験でした。ホテルは、その場所のためにブバネスワールで最高のバジェットホテルの1つです。 ITハブから歩いてすぐで、近くにはたくさんのレストランがあります。ホテルの雰囲気は良く、ホテルのスタッフは丁寧で協力的で、礼儀正しいです。部屋とサービスも良いですが、少し高価です。この場所での夜は必見です。安全な滞在のためにこの場所をお勧めします。

We had a wonderful time at pal heights mantra, we came here to attend the wedding ceremony at the biggest banquet hall “Ballroom”. The food is very delicious and the staffs admire very caring and professional. We will visit again in future. Regards

I have reported at 1am, the staff was cooperative. Rooms are well maintained but mini bar is not functional and getting heating up. After my complaint immediately switched off. However overall satisfactory.

One of the best experiences we had after a long time. The hotel is extremely with lot of care being taken with regard to guest comfort and hygiene. The food has been extremely good and much better then some of the hotels that we tried in other hotels. We would love to come back once again and stay here. The staff has been extremely cooperative and courteous. Some of the staff like Mr Uttam, Ms Aski, Mr Kamal took special care of our needs and were extremely good. Hope to be back soon and staying in this hotel once again..

Hotel with very basic amenities but well managed. It's an old building build in 2005. Service is excellent. Mr. Sukand Panda and team's room cleaning and service was perfect. Laundry is done properly in one day with atmosot care. Overall good stay.

Our experience at Trident Bhubaneswar was excellent. The rooms, amnesties and dining were top class. The staff were attentive and polite. Especially we enjoyed dinners when Ankush Sharma took care of our service for a group of seven. He was prompt and knowledgeable. Thanks Anjush! The chef did a great job of cooking authentic fish and chicken!

Dear Simon, My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at your Mayfair Lagoon hotel last week. The hotel was upscale and serene. The hotel staff were welcoming, responsive, and professional. We loved the hotel ambience. It was my 2nd stay and both stays have been positive and very memorable. We dined at Lemon Grass and Mama Mia with relatives. Both the food and service were great. We also enjoyed the variety of options at the breakfast buffet in Tea Pot. Simon’s (Front Desk) help in getting foreign currency exchange done was amazing. Her customer focus and professionalism are true assets for a hotel like Mayfair Lagoon. Her efficient professional service with a smile makes Mayfair Lagoon hotel desirable and welcoming to foreign nationals. Thank you for making our stay memorable. I am so used to the standard of hotels in India (even 5 stars) that I don't expect much anymore... This hotel surprised me positively. It has a wealth of details in the decoration, you can see the care in everything. The most beautiful and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in (I have been traveling here for 5 years). The service is better than a 5 star hotel. I have dietary restrictions and they met all my needs. Excellent rooms, comfort, quiet... exceptional breakfast. Este hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Tem uma riqueza de detalhes na decoração, percebe-se o cuidado em tudo. Hotel mais bonito e mais limpo que fiquei (viajo há 5 anos aqui) . Atendimento melhor que hotel 5 estrelas. Tenho restrições alimentares e supriram todas as minhas necessidades. Excelente quarto, conforto, o silêncio.. café da manhã excepcional . Atendimento que não recebi em nenhum outro hotel até então.
