After an accident in the mountains, we got stranded in Bastia. The hotel turned out to be a perfect place to stay. Super friendly staff who were always trying to help however they could. The rooms are spacious and there were even racks to get up from the toilet. The hotel provided a wheelchair for the person who had broken her ankle in the mountains. Everything was superclean (much cleaner than in the hospital) and the food was delicious. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a better hotel than this.

This hotel has a lot of problems. First, it is DANGEROUS. The doors from the bedroom floors to the lift opens the wrong way (hinges on the wrong side), so when you open the door to go to he lift you almost fall down the stairs. There is no banister on either side of the staircase down to the pool. The only way of entering the pool is doown vertical steps into the DEEP end...totally unsafe fir children, disabled or old people. Second, the pool has no towels (in a 4 star hotel??!!), and when you use your room towel then ask for a replacement, they try to charge you €4. I refused. Third, the lady who showed us round the gym, spa and pool was constantly VAPING!! Amazing! Fourth, the menu clearly stated that the 'deal' for dinner was Monday to Friday. We were there on a Friday, and they tried to pretend the deal wasn't available then. We refused that, too. Fifth, we forgot to pack 2 T-shirts. The receptionist kindly got in touch to tell us this and to ask us if we wanted them to be posted to our home.. I said yes and gave our address...the postage to the UK would have been €10. Suddenly, I got an email from LHost saying they could post them to us for €33.Amazing, again!! I will happily visit Corsica and Bastia again, but I would never use this hotel again.

Everything was very good, nice pool and fitness room. Perfect breakfast. Very friendly stuff, clean rooms. Nice park by hotel. We would come for sure one more time. Our children were also very happy to stay one night at hotel.

Very friendly staff. BUT.....you MUST do something about the directions to find your hotel! For a start, when you leave the airport you should be telling people to go NORTH, not EAST! East takes you into the sea! And it's terribly difficult to follow the rest of teh directions. And the Rue Marechal Juin does not feature on the SatNav.

At the end of our trip at Corsica, my mother had to go to the hospital because of hart problems. The receptionist in the hotel helpt us very much. We had to change the room for the last night but the moved all our stuff so we didn't have to worry about it. Nice restaurant with verder friendly staff

We needed an overnight stop in Bastia, as our adult son and daughter had an early flight the following day, and picked this hotel as it has good transport connections and most importantly, on-site parking. It's location is on the southern outskirts of the town: walking to the old town would be a bit of a trek in the heat, but the super-helpful receptionist very kindly pointed out where we could get a bus. Sadly, I didn't get her name, but the receptionist on duty when we arrived on 8th September, was one of the most friendly and helpful I've ever met (also speaking fluent English). We loved the design of our rooms with their vaulted ceilings, and the hotel has beautiful gardens, which make a pleasant green space around the hotel. None of us used the gym, but it was spacious and well-equipped and the adjacent spa pool was very inviting. We didn't eat at the hotel, but had drinks on the terrace when we returned after exploring the old town. The terrace is a lovely spot, but the road noise was a little intrusive. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, with staff on hand to assist (you can have your own omelette cooked to order!)

The Staff was very friendly, and also spoke English, what makes it easier to communicate. It has Convenient location with free parking (private and public) and is located near a big supermarket. Great indoor pool. Size, outdoor for sun, and jacuzzis. Good rooms. Didn’t try the breakfast

What a nice place to stay ! The staff was friendly and helpfull, the room was excellent and the restaurant really good. We had a “menu du jour” which was really good. Breakfast was extraordinary with a chef on hand to prepare delicious omelets. 5 stars!
