ザ マンハッタン ブラックプール(The Manhattan)

First time of going to Blackpool for a reunion of army friends some not seen for far too many years. So I booked the Manhattan for two reasons the price was very reasonable and the location was perfect for where I needed to be. So due to conditions had to travel earlier than expected contacted them and arranged an extra days stay, they were very accommodating. On arrival booked in without any fuss. At breakfast the first morning I was the only guest, owners were very attentive food was plentiful. There was a tiny pair of scissors in the sauce satches pot which I thought was a great touch, as they can be awkward. The next two nights there were other guests but didn’t hear them and by the sound of one group were a lively bunch, not that bothered me. My room was described as small double as I was not with my partner this was sufficient, had there been a female staying with all there bits and pieces might have been a little too small. If I am to go back for more reunions and they’re in Blackpool I will book this place again, so if I’m prepared to stay again it must have been a good stay.

Excellent stay as usual, we have been coming here for over 10 years under the management of Kevin and Ian at least twice a year and we will continue to do so as it is just like home from home. Well appointed bedroom, Room 9 which is our favourite, never expected but greatly appreciated. Breakfast is the best going, always good quality ingredients and always cooked fresh and served piping hot. Thanks again for a great stay.

A lovely couple of nights at the Manhattan. Such welcoming hosts and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning, along with cereals, fruit juices etc. Stayed in the single en suite at the top of the building, spotlessly clean with a hot and powerful shower. A short walk from Blackpool North Station and the beach. Highly recommend the Manhattan.

What a great place. The quietest place we have ever stayed. I checked a few places to stay over the weekend and some reviews for other places were less than positive. The reviews of the Manhattan lived up to our expectations. Breakfast was great on both mornings (Gluten Free option) was very much appreciated. We'll be back : ) Kevin and Ian are the best...

Another stay at this great b&b Ian and Kevin are the perfect hosts, lovely clean well maintained rooms, great breakfast wich is included in the room price, whatever you want off the menu ,cooked however you want it . Rooms serviced on a regular basis, they can't do enough for you, they have a very nice bar as well, give it a try you won't regret it. Discounted parking as well

Great value for money hotel. A very friendly welcome by Kevin and Ian nothing was to much trouble. Felt like a home from home. The room was clean and tidy. Great choice for breakfast from cereal to a English breakfast. The full English breakfast was delicious. Close walk to sea front and east reach to the centre of blackpool.

Stayed here for 2 nights. On arrival the landlords were more than accommodating, helped us in with luggage and really made us welcome . The room although compact was extremely clean and homely and had everything we needed including hot chocolate and biccys. Breakfast was amazing and accomodated both a veggie and bariatric. Lovely clean food and plenty of it. One of the landlords is an artist and his art is so beautiful, stunning landscapes , These are all tastefully displayed in the breakfast room, please take time to look..Just had to purchase one. Cannot recommend this little gem enough. Expectations exceeded thank you

I 100% disagree with all the negative comments and reviews on here, I was welcomed warmly and the owner very nicely brought my bags to my room while I went and parked (greatly appreciated) he also helped me with discounted parking nearby. I stayed in the peacock room which was decorated beautifully and the bed was so comfortable that I was asleep as soon as I hit the pillow and slept right through. Was delighted with tea and coffee station as it’s the first place I’ve stayed in in months that offers lots of milk and sugar (everywhere always only gives a few of each) I highly recommend and will definitely return next time I’m back in Blackpool.

A very enjoyable stay I really enjoyed my stay at the Manhattan great place and very good value for money breakfast was excellent I wonted to book for January 24 but fully booked that proves it a very nice place to stay I would recommend to all.
