ローゼイラ・ビーチ・リゾート(Roseira Beach Resort)

Otele girdiğiniz andan itibaten mükemmel bir ilgi ve karşılama sizi bekliyor. Güvenliğinden tutun personellerine kadar herkes güler yüzlü. Odaların temizliği desen mükemmel, yemekleri bi harika. Gerçekten tatil yapılabilecek mükemmel bir yer ❤️ tavsiye edilir

This hotel is nicely located within a 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. Loved the authenticity of this fishing village, walked down to the pier and enjoyed a couple of different restaurants. The hotel room had a very good air conditioner, clean linens, coffee/tea, and a fairly large bathroom. Doshan at the front desk checked us is and surprisingly spoke English well vs. the staff at a much more expensive resort in Bodrum. The breakfast and lunch had all the options of Turkish and some English/Western cuisines. The pool was great, a big fun water slide and the live DJ made it even more entertaining. Our biggest complaint is number of people who smoked cigarettes at this hotel- by the pool, outdoor restaurant seating area, and also some guests on our floor were smoking in the morning. All and all for the price it was a good choice.

Avoid Not a beach resort Food is minimal choice & quantity, we had to eat out most of the time . Staff cold & miserable , everything felt like an effort , no entertainment . 3 rooms & still not like pics Nothing really around as in tourist shopping . Lots of extra charges Very poor choice at the bar . We left on day 3 to find another hotel . The best thing about this place was 2 staff Dothan & Damla always smiling & helpful . This hotel does not deserve them .

Best family holiday ever! Food great, staff amazing couldnt do enough for us! Just so thoughtful, keeping kids entertained , making mummy do karoke!! Chilled when wanted to be! Could not fault it and i have been coming to turkey for over 10years now x

We have enjoyed staying in the hotel. Food is nice, sea view room is good, however needs to be refurbished a bit. Special thanks to Ziver (barman in the beach) for being kind, attentive and positive. White wine was great!! Good luck to Roseira!

TRAGEDIA, DRAMAT, DNO. 4 gwiazdki tylko w teorii. Maksymalnie 2,5 gwiazdki. Pierwszy raz się spotykam z tak przekłamaną ofertą. Zdjęcia to totalna sciema. Pokoje to PRL w dodatku z okropnym zapachem z kanalizacji. W łazience smród gorszy niż z przydomowej oczyszczalni. Drugi basem pokazywany na zdjęcia wygląda jak z filmu o zombii. Zniszczony i nie używany chyba z 15 lat. Tak samo kort tenisowy. Obsługa też bardzo słaba. Nie pomocna, prawie w ogóle nie rozmawiająca po angielsku. Prosiliśmy kilkukrotnie o zmianę pokoju ze względu na smród lecz nic to nie dało. Wywalone po całości. Zamówiony Lunch Box nie został uszykowany bo jak mi powiedziano: kuchasz się się zjawił. W lobby nie dzialajaca klimatyzacja, jedynie ta obok recepcji. Animacji brak. Jedynie muzyka z głośników. Plaza to kawalek piasku z pomostem i zejsciem do wody po drabince. Jedzie zjadliwe ale bardzo monotonne. Przekąski miedzi obiadem a kolacją to jak im się widziało, raz byly, raz nie, czasami godzinę czasami dwie. W barze od pierwszego dnia nie bylo rumu a drugiego skończyło sie whisky. Prosisz o czerwone wino dostajesz koktaj. Pomylka po całości. Co do położenia to bardzo ładne widoki ale za to wszędzie daleko. Totalna ściema na maksa. NIE POLECAM I SZCZERZE ODRADZAM

The Hotel first impression is ok The rooms are clean but very old and poorly looked after and lower room’s smells with sewer. The hotel bar is always out of alcohol, Coca-Cola or ice. The food is ok but average, lack of flavour and the many items are missing like bread for breakfast. After 11pm you can’t even whisper or get a glass of water everything is closed. The staff is helpful but makes you feel unwanted. Big plus for Rico Mario and entertainment team. We wouldn’t come back here.

We were here for 7 days and each day was worst than the day before. The staff made the choice as they liked and when it was only a bit crowdy they stoped making coctails (we could only get them for 3 days of our 7 day stay). Staff does not speak English even a bit. When we ordered food at the beach, we waited for 30 minutes and no one remembered to come and tell us that the hamburgers were out. Staff has double standards: locals and foregniers. Locals are allowed to bring food to the beach but we were not. Fruit selection was not up to the standards, there were no reffils and the fruit went out after only few people take it. They had two dinner parties in the evening for the two days straight and all the staff were only waiting on them. One night they even made up last minute beach party so they would get rid of the people by the pool where the dinning party was and start to rush people to the beach. At the beach there was nothing prepared and could not get drinks for over than half an hour. Even if we ignore the drink selection, one of the worst thing is that when you are eating breakfast/dinner/supper one must allways look after friends plate when they left the table. Waiters are almost rushing you to finish the plate so they can take it away. They even wait by the table so you finish your last few bites. It is realy annoying because you cannot eat in peace. One time the waiter even took the plate when I still had the fork full of meat in the hand. Overall the staff need much more training and learn even a bit of another language so they can communicate with guest. One of the bright exceptions are room cleaners, who are very nice and friendly and do their best. And also the animator by the pool is great guy for the job. Wifi is OK. 😁
