One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The most friendly staff, great food, and outstanding service. The room was very nice. The neighborhood was very upscale and safe. This really made my time in Bogota very enjoyable!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Excellent hotel. Clean and safe and so its the area. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. One can take P500 from the airport and its less than 5 min walk from the stop.

I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bogota and will stay her again myself the next time that I return. The rooms are large and comfortable; the beds are comfortable; the rooftop view is amazing; the breakfast is so, so good; the location can not be beat; but most of all, it is the wonderful people who work here that made our stay so pleasant. It is right in the heart of a very vibrant area, so if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs…but I always carry them and I slept so soundly. I only wish I had had more time here. I will definitely be back.

Great stay in a very service oriented and good hotel. Great breakfast, very good rooms with great beds.

Phenomenal staff. Attentive and personal. Denise the manager made it a point of greet us daily and Paola in the dining area made a huge difference in personal care. Definatly a great place to stay

AC not working during our 3 night's stay and no notice was given. Not a glass of water offered for the inconvenience. Obligated to open windows in a noisy neiborhood (bars and clubs. Poor sleep because of that. Breakfast is good. Area is elegant and nice. Location is very convenient.

Our experience has been excellent. From the location, 1 block from Andino Mall and near Zona T, the aesthetics and comfort of the room and facilities and the attention of the staff, from the one who receives you to the one who fixes your room and attends you in the mornings at breakfast. The food we eat was delicious and of high quality. For us a 5 star.

The buffet is just amazing. The rooms are very luxurious and well equiped. It´s just smart to stay in this area and use taxi or car to visit the city downtown, basically for the security and the amenities on the nearby streets. The staff is very kind.
