步行街上，門面窄，無前台，辦理入住需要手機網上辦理。無電梯，住四樓需要自己搬行李，房間裝修異味刺鼻。酒店知道問題但不予解決。這個評分哪裡來的？絕對不推薦！

Just a perfect spot to stay. 10 minutes walk to train and right in the center of the "action." Not a lavish lobby or endless entertainment services....just a great, uber-clean spot! So comfortable.

Spent the week here during a work trip. It was well located and had appropriate amenities. The door way was not immediately noticeable but once you know where it is, it's perfect. Some local restaurant recommendations would have been nice.

Everything was amazing. I consider that the Apartments are real confortable and perfect placed. It was clean. I was in Bonn, and I had any problems, because the Apartment is in the middle of the city.

The hotel is nice, clean, very good position. We will come back, for sure. The breakfast very good and a very nice place near the hotel. The atmosphere was very friendly and they have an excellent coffee. Thanks!

Bob provides a very efficient and responsive service. Communication was very easy, and access was straightforward. The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. We were on the second floor. The stairs is steep (for children and anybody with limited mobility), and there is no elevator. We would certainly return.

We are with the whole stay happy and were sad that the weekend was already over. We could spend much more time in this apartment and city. Everything was perfect and we would recommend it 100%! We will definitely come back there!

I had the best time in Bob W Beethoven. The property is beautiful and modern and the room had everything in it I could wish for. The staff prepared some really nice goodies and a hand written card. Was also able to meet Chiara, who is responsible for the property Hand she was lovely. Will 100% come back. Thank you

Rooms are alway taken care of, the super touch of expertise by Chiara makes it all special. The entire property was well decorated for Christmas, could feel cosy and holiday spirited. Alway feel at home when coming here!
