Very convenient to TD Garden and the Freedom Trail. Room was a bit small but clean. Would stay again!

Nice, small boutique hotel. Located in a great spot to walk around. Rooms are small(average size for Boston,) but very efficient. Well decorated and updated. Love the overall atmosphere and great attitude from everyone who works there!

The property is very nice. We were in town to see our Celtics play and arrived on an early flight. A lovely lady at the front desk was gracious and we were excited that they could accommodate an early check in. The room is beautiful and stocked with a minibar and drinks already in the fridge. You pay for what you consume. There are also a few items you can purchase from the room as souvenirs. There were mugs, an umbrella and a cocktail shaker. Love our new mugs.

Old property, however, renovated and in good condition. Room poorly painted in dark grey color and furniture included odd metal frame towers. The bathroom was nicely renovated. Breakfast was fantastic! Overall a good stay, I would recommend it!

I am very upset with how ******* and Hotel handled my reservation. ******* scheduled the night b4 my stay . Either ******* or The Boxer cared to consider the wrong reservation. Each put blame on the other and i was stuck paying for an extra night we didn't use or want. Then the Boxer tried using a 3rd party to book the night we actually stayed and was $50 more than their own website cost. Ultimately we paid the website price do to our own die diligence. Overall very unhappy for paying for an extra night we didn't use and no one tried to correct it. Sincerely unsatisfied customer.

Close proximity to the TD Garden, but the staff was not very polite or helpful and their parking option is a pretty good distance from the hotel and they don’t offer valet. Compared to other properties in the vicinity I’d rate it just a bit below the average.

This hotel has hidden fees, rooms are small and outdated, and they will try and charge you for things in the mini bar you didn’t take just to see if you’ll notice on your card statement. They charge an “amenity fee,” while having no amenities and don’t disclose it to you when you check in. The place is a scam - look elsewhere.

The stay was fine, but I incurred $80 worth of false charges I needed to have removed. $40 for mini-bar purchases I never made and $40 simply from nowhere. The woman I worked with on resolution was great, but the situation felt dishonest. Won’t return.
