オテル レ ティユール ブールジュ(Hotel les Tilleuls, Bourges)

Great 3*** hotel near the École Militaire of Bourges . Very nice receptionist Thibault & Aïcha are super kind and helpful . Bedrooms are cleans and swimming pool and garden a real bonus after a long day travelling in the area for business . Breakfast is extremely generous .Thank you for your kindness .

Needs refurbishing although it had been cleaned room was very dark and tired , quite a walk from town, area around hotel really ok for business travel

The staff was fantastic and it is a short walk away from the downtown core, while still not being in a touristy area. It's perfect for extended stays with its pool, near by laundry services, and restaurants that don't operate on "French time" lol. We will stay there again.

We were very disappointed with this hotel and definitely would not stay here again. We booked it as an overnight stop on our drive to Spain. The pictures of the hotel do not accurately reflect the condition of the rooms. The rooms were more akin to student accommodation with filthy, stained threadbare carpets and very dated, slightly mouldy bathrooms. Both rooms we booked smelt of damp, were freezing cold and very noisy due to the single-pane windows and strong winds outside. We arrived five minutes before check-in, after travelling for twelve hours with small children. The person on reception saw us outside the front door with our bags and locked the door, leaving us standing in the rain for five minutes until the official check-in time. This was also the only hotel we have ever stayed in that did not provide tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. Staying here with our children was a depressing, horrible experience and one we will not be repeating.

There for one night only and though it did not have a bar or restaurant for an evening meal, it did have everything we wanted for an overnight stay. Our room was simply furnished with a bed we both found comfortable. The breakfast was very good and gave sufficient nourishment for the heavy driving day that was to follow. Though we did not use them, we checked out the garden and pool area and have to say we perhaps missed out on using them. It is worth noting that given the lack of a restaurant, the centre of Bourges is only about a 20 minute walk where there is a plethora of bars and restaurants.

Really like the hotel. THe staff is super friendly and the pool area really nice and provides a great break from going around the city.

A warm welcome in this ancien military clinic from the XVIIII century. Very quiet and enjoyed a dive in the pool after the long drive. A 15 minutes walk to the Bourges cathedral. Great breakfast next day. And a short dash away from the famous marais de Bourges

Hotel vieux , odeur peinture écaillée chambre médiocre. Petit déjeuner pas terrible . Plateau prêt à l'avance mais les personnes ne peuvent pas prendre ce qu'il désire. Salle de bain méritant quelque travaux. Il faut se mettre au goût du jours .

L'hôtel montre des signes de vieillissement et pourrait bénéficier d'une rénovation, mais la chambre reste confortable. Sa proximité avec mon lieu de formation est pratique. Cependant, un petit effort pour un accueil plus souriant serait apprécié. Le petit déjeuner est généreux, et dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfaite de mon séjour.
