If any members of the group are handicapped of have disabilities please know this is a single story home with no stairs, so they should have easy access. We have a variety of spices for cooking and BBQ available as well. - The laundry room is located in the garage behind the curtains and just above the washer and dryer are laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer balls, and dryer sheets as well. - Next to the kitchen is the dining space and coffee bar. Extra chairs are in the twin bedroom closet.- The pantry is stocked with an air fryer, rice cooker and steamer, waffle iron, popcorn machine, blender/ food processor, crock pots, egg cooker, and toaster oven. A Kitchen Aid mixer is also available. PETS:There are NO PETS allowed. (There will be and additional $500 pet cleaning fee for bringing pets.)SMOKING/VAPING:NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR GARAGE, or there will be an additional $350 cleaning fee fine.
