The word “beautiful “ is often overused but truly applies to every square inch of The Delta Hotel. I was told by a friend that it opened in January 2019 (not sure how factual this is) and I definitely enjoy the fresh clean sparkle of a brand new hotel. The Delta does not disappoint in any way! From the modern Texas art to the elegant ambiance and yet relaxed earthiness inside those monolithic slab doors at Chef Stephen Pyles Stampede 66...this hotel is about to move straight to the top of Dallas area luxury destinations. The pool area rivals a few resorts I’ve been to and yet we have all this right here in Dallas. As beautiful as it is in the daytime, you really have to enjoy it when it’s all lit up in the evening. Our room was clean and well-appointed, and the bathroom extra spacious. I love the energy-saving system (door keycard in the slot by the door) and the can’t wait to come back! Check out the resin river art piece crafted by The Wright Edge installed in the lobby! So many things to enjoy about this hotel and it’s location. The meeting spaces were crisp and there were a lot of options for accommodating the changing needs of our group. Don’t forget the Fabulous shopping within walking distance at Watters Creek. (There’s a shuttle if needed.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon!
Very clean, very comfortable, good sized rooms with well appointed furnishings. Hot breakfast, comfortable beds, clean spot free linens and even passed our black light test. We were happy to find washers and dryers on the floor to wash uniforms. Plenty of hot water, free wifi and perfect location for our softball tournament. Double bonus there was an ”On the Border” restaurant in the parking lot for a quick drink, light snack and/or evening meal. Gaby at the front desk was professional and welcoming and accommodating. I literally do not have a single thing to mention that they could improve on. It was a perfect stay.
