Our home offers an open layout that provides a nice setting for entertaining and gathering. As you enter, you walk into a sprawling living room which then flows into a large dining area and the kitchen. Our spacious backyard is a perfect space to enjoy the SoCal sunny weather. We hope you will adore and care for this home as much as we do.***HOUSE RULES***- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM- Checkout: 10:00 AM- Self check-in with smart lock- We do charge an extra guest fee of $35 per guest per night after the fourth guest (this will apply automatically from Airbnb)- No smoking anywhere on the property. Neither cannabis nor cigarettes are allowed. VIOLATION OF THE SMOKING RULES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE CLEANING CHARGE OF $300.- Quiet Hours 8 PM - 8 AM.- No access to the garage.- No shoes in the house - Guests visiting are not allowed.
