Character abounds, featuring original hardwood floors, stunning woodwork around the doors, windows and baseboards, and gorgeous crown molding. Open a closet and you are sure to find shiplap! The adorable kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare snacks and meals, and includes a coffee bar. The three bedrooms feature a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds, all super comfortable for a great night of sleep. Both bathrooms have beautiful, tiled walk-in showers. The smart TV in the living room allows you to access and sign into your favorite streaming app (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.) The private back yard is a spectacular place for hanging out, and includes a seating area along with a fire pit for cooler weather, as well as a gas grill to make your own Texas barbecue. String lights add to the ambiance in the dusk of the evening. The covered car port allows for easy access to the front door. The location is a typical Waco neighborhood "where old meets new".
