クオリティ イン(Quality Inn Bracebridge)

Have stayed at this hotel in the past Reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future. Used dining facilities on other stays and very satisfied.

Booked 2 nights (Fri-Sun) Inside room said policy is to clean rooms every 3 nights. Left at 7:15 am Saturday morning to return at 8:30pm to my door left open. Cleaning staff came in moved my personal belongings to make the beds. My son’s hockey cards were left in a disaster spread all across the floor. Went to pool Saturday night (hot tub is disgusting) and my friend staying beside me while at pool had someone enter her room and do the same thing. My other friend had staff walk into her room twice unannounced. Another friend had a bracelet stolen from staff right after checking out of room. Person on duty made us new cards but suggested putting a knife in door way as extra security. Complained and hotel refuses to offer any type of compensation for leaving my room door open and rummaging through my property without consent. $509 for two nights for unprofessionalism and dirty / sketchy pool area. Will not return

The amenities were great! The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows and bedding were poor quality.

Pool area dim and very warm. Access to pool area very wet and dirty, like walking through muddy puddles. Way to pool not well signed. Second floor very hot in hallways. Cleaning staff leave multiple bags of garbage in hallways with cleaning carts, unprofessional and dirty looking. This was the case on arrival and departure. Room itself was clean. Bed was not comfortable. Restaurant was ok… breakfast potatoes had a refrigerated and reheated taste… would prefer deep fried. Desk staff not friendly, didn’t look up unless you approached them. I expect more especially given the rate paid, this wasn’t a budget discount rate.

When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. When we went back to the front desk they upgraded our room to one of their best rooms. The room was spacious and had been updated. The hot water in the bathroom didn’t work. The bed was old. The room was dirty and smelled like air freshener. The TV was old and very confusing as there was no remote. Their was a hot tub in the room. Once we started filling it their was all kinds of stuff floating around. The smoke detector was broken and kept beeping every 30 seconds. There was no elevator in the hotel and we were on the second floor. This is not an accessible property. We will NEVER book a Quality inn in the future.

Two staff members came into our room at different times without explanation

Everything was nice, except the temperarure of the pool, thwe water was very cold, but the other facilitis were amazing, the costumer service was super nice

great location for home base and travelling onto and off of highway 11 to other muskoka locations

This was a nice room (double queen), over-looking the river (would be really nice in warmer weather). My only complaint, but a big one, is that every lamp in the room had bright white fluorescent bulbs. Not warm white, but bright white. The bathroom (thank god) had warm white bulbs. Anyhow, the lamps were so bright I felt like I was in an operating room when I turned them on.
