Great Stay with Friendly Staff My wife and I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bradford for two nights, and we had a pleasant experience overall. The best part of our stay was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs, which made our visit even better. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including ironing equipment, though it didn't have a mini fridge, which might have been due to the room type we selected. The room was generally clean, but I'd rate the cleanliness 4/5 because I noticed a small stain on the duvet (it seemed like a lipstick stain). The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the Bradford Interchange Rail Station, making it easy to get around. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to friends for its great service and convenient location.

The location is brilliant in the city centre just a 5 minute walk from the bus/train station. However the utensils seemed dusty and the bathrooms needed some mopping which wasn't impressive given the charge rate at the time. The breakfast service wasn't so great as either they didn't have enough stocks or the refills never came on time

Booking a hotel was a little complicated but amendment requests were a disaster. I panicked a lot but there were no restrictions when I stayed at the hotel, everything was smooth.

I recently stayed at the Campanile Hotel in Bradford and I have to say, I was impressed with my experience. The room was clean and spacious, which made my stay very comfortable. While my stay at the Campanile Hotel in Bradford was mostly positive, there were a few things that I didn't like. Firstly, I found that the housekeeping staff were a bit intrusive. They would knock on my door before 12.00 and then walk into the room without waiting for a response. This made me feel uncomfortable and like my privacy was being invaded. Additionally, I found that the check-out process could have been smoother. I had rebooked my room day by day and had informed reception that I would be staying longer, but the housekeeping staff kept knocking on my door early in the morning.
