We ran into a few issues. The first room no hot water. Then we moved to another room and the fridge was leaking water inside, It had to be defrosted before we could use it. Plus no indoor pool until halfway through our stay. Maintenance was right on the issues with the room. The pool was out of their control because they were waiting on an inspection for it. Even tho we had some issues. I would stay there again. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed.
This is my 2nd time to stay here. The check-in was fast, and the rooms are comfortable (heat/ac) and very clean. It appears the owners/staff look out for the details of convenience and comfort. It is a bit in the pricy side, but compares favorably to hotels of similar size, plus the rooms/lobby/lay-out/etc. have an edge on the big chains.
The room is handicap accessible on the fourth floor that’s concerning in itself. The room is crammed. The stove is rusted. The TVs are out dated I have better TVs at home, and the room is a tight squeeze, especially being handicap accessible. My three-year-old fell in the handicap bathroom three times bumped her head twice twice my 10-year-old who is epileptic held onto the hand railing, cause she was scared to fall off because can cause further brain damage and my 8 year-old sat on the floor to avoid falling due to house like it was my older daughter me and my honey were very careful on how we moved. We were concerned about falling as well there is no oven pans in that small room to be able to bake anything and there’s no counter space as well and they charge you an up charge for high-speed Internet. The Internet is really slow. They nickel and dime . Spider in the bathroom, couldn’t identify but was able to kill it manager Donna is very condescending and combative. I have enough on my plate. I shouldn’t have to deal with this as well spoke to my neighbor a couple times he was handicap with a wheelchair and one leg. He had electrical tape in his shower. He use his knife to cut it off and express the same concern as being on the fourth floor as I did, especially for him since he is confined to a wheelchair, that’s very concerning.
I have been to Branson just a few time, mostly stay in a cheap hotel (nothing cheap there people) or on the lake. Splurged on a 2 day trip with hubby just to get away, so luckily I chose correctly with Chateau on the Lake. I have traveled the world, seen 35 countries and too many to count hotels as part of my career so I know a bit about these things. Hotel was spectacular in beauty, elegance, service, and location. We received an upgrade to room 838 King Size suite lakefront view. And the room was outstanding in size, comfort, and privacy. We could see the pool and lake from our room, watch the sunset while sipping wine. All resorts have a high tax rate in addition to hotel fees in Branson, just comes with a tourist town. This also has a $28 per night resort fee, so that adds to the rate by about $60 per night. Still, the cheap hotels are easily over $100, our rate was $180 (they offer military discount) plus the local taxes, etc. For what was a 10 on the scale, worth every dime we paid. Two pools, two spas (indoor and then outdoor), a sweet shop with lovely desserts and ice cream, drinks, and I found the breakfast adequate. The views spectacular. Service good even though they were busy. There is an entire spa in addition, it was romantic weekend so we stayed together but next trip will make it a girls weekend and enjoy that amenity. Just being there for the weekend without going elsewhere would be lovely, but of course you have all of Branson to enjoy with only a 10 minute drive. Newby staff at counter, misspoke to a new checkin while I was waiting for something. Newby didn't realize the pamphlets on local activities are in a nearby lounge so he misspoke and told the guy they didn't have any information on local restaurants or events (I tried to give the guy insight) so that needs fixed. But I recommended internet to the guy, older guy wasn't amused and didn't want to learn the ”technology” on well your loss lol My new favorite place to go, only few hours from our home in Arkansas.

とても良い
We arrived around 5:45pm and the front desk provided us with bottle water. Our room was on the same floor as the front desk which made things easy for us seeing my mother was traveling with us for Labor Day weekend. Their breakfast was very good all 3 days we were there. I noticed after we got home that we must have left a cell phone charger in the room. They will mail it to us. Thanks Hampton Inn for a lovely weekend getaway. We will return next time we travel to Branson.
Wow! Found this great deal on Priceline. Was a little worried before arriving because it was so cheap. But was very surprised. Great location, clean room. Check in was quick, staff very friendly. We were able to spend 3 nights because of the price! Quiet...lots of older people, like us. LOL We didn't try their breakfast, so can't comment on that. But they do have a guest laundry. Would highly recommend this Super 8! We will definitely stay here again!
KKristieLocation was away from the main 76 *****. Easy to get to, but not close to any of the amenities to walk to. Recently remodeled and that was a plus. Breakfast was typical breakfast food. Just okay.
We always feel like we are coming home when we stay here. RC the manager & his wife and all the employees are wonderful!! We are never disappointed for the cleanliness good breakfasts, very very comfortable beds! We leave, looking forward to our next stay.
Extremely good, super nice and pleasant staff, personable and helpful. Room and public areas were clean and well kept . Hearty, tasty and sufficient breakfast presented each day.(unfortunately the juice dispenser was broken, but bottled juices were substituted, still great.
Does not look like anything like the pictures. Breakfast was cold Forks in the container with prongs up should be handles up. So I ate with the spoon the first morning until I took my first bite and it was cold. Ended up going out to eat. The outside pool was empty once I advertise with an inside and outside pool. The floors had stained the bathroom was pretty disgusting. When you went outside or you could smell of garbage from the garbage bins that were overflowing. Stay at your own discretion. I will not be staying here again.
