「Hotel is in a good location, walking distance to most sights and monuments, and the grand mosque isn’t too far. Room and bathroom were bot good, comfortable bed so slept well. Breakfast was very nice, varied and plenty of options, with indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is a gym and pool, but the pool was freezing and I suggest investing in some heaters for the pool so it’s accessible whenever people want. There are bars inside the hotel that serve drinks, saw a very unruly drunk guy staggering out and causing a scene. Staff are decent, forgot the names but the Asian guy at reception and the other at the front entrance, both super amazing people with great customer care and attention skills.」

MM.A.HI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Bahrain Financial Harbour, and I wanted to share my outstanding experience.
From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made a lasting impression.
The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, with well-appointed rooms offering breathtaking views of the city and the sea. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities added an extra touch of elegance to my stay.

ゲゲストThe bed is not comfortable and sunken. There is no elevator at the reception lobby to our bedroom located at the ground floor. The service is not up to the expectation, toothbrush and slippers only provided for one person despite we booked for 2 persons. When I requested for my one more slippers, the guy from housekeeping literally opened our bedroom door to deliver the slippers while we were in the room . That was very rude and unacceptable. He should have knocked on our door wait for me to open the door rather than coming in to our room without permission.

The room we stayed had old furniture but very clean and tidy plus lots of attention from room service team.
Will definitely stay here again.
Tooth brushes in the room would make our stay even more comfy but we brought ours so no probs.

ゲゲストService was excellent. We arrived early and were able to check into our room right away. Rooms weren't overly fancy but all that was needed. Traffic noise was relatively significant so I recommend bringing ear plugs!

SSamitchスタッフは時々少し混乱しているようでした。私は自分のプラグ用のコンバーターを頼んで例を見せたところ、延長コードを持ってきてくれました。氷を頼んだところ、1ドル払う必要があると言われ、同意しましたが、45分経っても届かず、ルームサービスに電話したにもかかわらず氷を注文していないと言われました。結局、1時間後に氷を無料で提供し、状況を改善してくれました。
このホテルはバーレーンにしては安くて良い場所です。部屋に関する唯一の不満は、喫煙か禁煙かを尋ねられたときに禁煙と言われたことです。私が泊まった階には禁煙のサインがありましたが、部屋に着くと灰皿が置いてあり、タバコの臭いがしました。

ゲゲスト部屋は広くてきれいでした。暑い天候で、複数の駐車場が素晴らしかったです!部屋で提供されるのは基本ですが、必要なときはいつでも私たちの要求に迅速に対応しました。 2つの欠点は、エアコンがうるさく、マットレスが快適でなかったことです。全体的にお金の価値。

CChee Peng TayHousekeeping require request at reception, else it will not happen. Even if it does, it is done with changing of towels, no water replacement nor coffee replacement.
Swimming pool is out for maintenance without being informed until you reached the door.
Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big and sufficient. Another plus point is the ease to the mall which is accessible via level 1 carpark.
Unfortunately had a very inconsiderate neighbour who blasted the music through out the day and night despite calling to security several times.
