一見すると、ホテルのヴィラ風の外観と、ロビーとレストランのエレガントでシックなレイアウトにすぐに魅了されました。その後の2日間2泊は本当に素晴らしいものでした。部屋は清潔で広々としており、温かみのある装飾が施され、寝具は信じられないほど快適でした。自家製の朝食は特にユニークで（写真参照）、常に変化する多様なセレクションを提供していました。コーヒー豆は挽きたてで淹れられており、品質と味は最高でした。細部へのこだわりが随所に感じられました。ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、市場やショッピング、交通機関へのアクセスに便利です。天池を訪れた後、西湖流通センターの出口から徒歩約5分で、すぐに簡単にアクセスできます。特に便利なのは、夕方に徒歩わずか3分のところにあるフードストリートで、美味しい食べ物と素晴らしい体験で賑わっています。ホテルのオーナーは落ち着いていて効率的です。オーナーの奥様は美しく、優しく、熱心で、几帳面で、思いやりがあり、想像できるあらゆることを手伝ってくれます。できないことは何もないように思えます。何よりも感動的だったのは…帰りのフライトが少し早かったため、ホテルは通常朝食の時間帯ではないのですが、オーナー夫妻が早起きして温かい朝食を用意してくださり、さらに送迎の手配までしてくださっていたことです！うっかり部屋の鍵を持って行ってしまったのですが、電話をしたら全く文句を言われませんでした！長白山への旅行で、安迅ホテルでの滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです。念願の天池湖を見ることができて、とても嬉しかったです！

There are no restaurants or supermarkets around the hotel, so you can order food from the hotel-operated restaurant, but it costs 2–3 times more. There is an unmanned market on the first floor of the hotel lobby, but other groceries and bottled water are also twice as expensive..West Route Heaven Lake Changbai Mountain entrance opening hours: from morning until 7:30 and until 1:30 in the afternoon. I stayed at the hotel here, but I was very disappointed that I couldn’t go because the weather was bad.Tough The food at the restaurant inside the hotel is also delicious, and the staff are very friendly.

This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. この長白山への旅行は、華やかなリゾートである松果里ホテルに滞在し、満点を体験しました!ホテルは森の中に隠れており、環境は静かで、部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、スペースは広としていて、親子設備は整っていて、朝食は豊富で、リゾートにはたくさんのアクティビティがあり、旅行はとても便利です。執事のXiaoluに感謝します。彼はプロセス全体を通して忍耐強く思いやりがあり、事前に旅程を伝え、プレイ戦略を説明し、効率的でスムーズにチェックインし、すべてのニーズにタイムリーに対応し、サービスは細心の注意を払っており、家にいるように感じます。全体的な価格性能比は非常に高く、サービスは心温まるです。長白山での休暇に最適です。次回はここを選びます。強くお勧めします!

清明節算淡季，萬達度假區裏保留了四家酒店運行。 從下訂單開始，早早有工作人員聯繫並加微信。入住順利，雖然客人不多，公區依然温暖舒適。房間寬敞，打掃的乾淨，裝修已經有歲月痕跡，好在維護得不錯。 兩天晚餐都在酒店餐廳，幾乎沒有人，但服務員和廚師還是盡力滿足了我們的需求。總體來説，菜品精緻，份量不大，符合星級酒店水準。 節後的客人更少，早餐改用了更精緻的點餐，非常不錯。

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.
