A pleasant place to live in, the laundry room is great since we stayed for 5 days. The counter staff are friendly and helpful. Room cleaning service is generally good except for they do not clean used cups and teapot. I would recommend this place especially for longer stay.

Dihao Hotel is conveniently located, especially if you enjoy shopping and exploring local night markets. There are plenty of shops and food options nearby, making it a good choice for travellers who want easy access to the surrounding area. The hotel staff were generally friendly and polite. Special mention to **Xiao Su**, who provided very good service and was helpful throughout our stay. The reception team was also professional, welcoming and polite, which made the check-in and overall experience pleasant. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The **housekeeping service** could be more attentive, and the **breakfast selection and quality** could also use some improvement. Overall, the hotel has a great location and good front-desk service. With some improvements to housekeeping and breakfast, the overall guest experience could be much better.
