匿匿名ユーザーI had a truly lovely stay and really enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay.
One small suggestion for improvement: during my stay the trash wasn’t taken out and the towels weren’t replaced. It wasn’t a big issue for me but it could become important for guests staying longer or with several people. Improving this would make an already great experience even better.

YYulia.小妍Very beautiful and classy homestay - I would even call it a boutique hotel. Rooms and common spaces incorporate local minority theemed design elements, which I felt greately added to the atmosphere.
My room was spacious, impeccably clean without any hint of cigarette smell. Excellent hot shower, nice towels (though hotel does provide disposable ones). Overall, the room had everything, aside from luggage rack and hand/body lotion.
My second floor room looked out to the courtyard, beautiful arch and mountains at a distance. I imagine top-floor rooms having even better views, but they didn't have any availability though I would have loved to stay there.
Location was perfect - 5 min walk to Xiaoqikong park entrance.
Finally, SUPERB staff. Customer service is on top - free transportation to the train station, greetings with fresh fruit platter, ginger tea to cool off under getting caught in the rain, etc.
Separate thanks to Echo who has good command of English and was there to answer any questions, address all my concerns, walk(!) me to the best restaurant in town, and give me rubber slippers while my shoes were drying! Aside from making sure that my stay was perfect, she also served as sort of ambassador into the Guizhou minority culture and shared with me her deep knowledge and love for their history and way of life.
Highly highly recommended!

LLvrulan888賑やかな場所から少し離れており、静かで落ち着いた環境ですが、観光地へのアクセスは良好です。清潔感があり、設備も充実、サービスも大変行き届いています。
フロントの女性スタッフはとても親切で、チェックインの前日に連絡をくださり、場所の案内や観光情報を送ってくださいました。ホテルに到着するとすぐにお茶を出してくださり、素敵なアフタヌーンティーもいただきました。
夜は就寝前に足湯用のお湯（薬草湯）を部屋まで届けてくださり、きめ細やかなサービスに感動しました。
滞在中、一つハプニングがありました。日中の観光で父が足を捻挫してしまい、夜になると腫れてしまったのです。すると、ホテルの男性スタッフの方が、わざわざ車で町まで薬を買いに行ってくださり、息を切らしながら部屋まで届けてくれました。そのご配慮に心から感謝し、大変感動いたしました！
総じて、非常に快適で素晴らしい滞在となりました。五つ星評価です！

ゲゲストThe lady proprietor of this minsu is very hospitable and responsive. It is clear she works hard to operate the minsu and it is reflected in the standard of cleanliness and hygiene. The towels were all good quality, clean and individually sealed. The dining cutlery too were all sealed in sets. The room was clean and spacious. It had many considerate touch points for convenience and comfort such as the in-room massage chairs, XiaoDu home assistant and a tea-making settee. The breakfast had a good range of options like a buffet which is impressive ! The chef does very decent dinners too. We felt very safe and comfortable staying there for the duration of our trip to Libo Xiaoqikong. Thank you and I wish your business continues to grow and see more overseas guests!

ゲゲストGreat facilities, toilet bowl will light up so that you can see it at night, has an AI where you can speak and tell it to off lights or on lights or just chat with it. Big space and big bed, nice TV with sows to watch. The owner and his kids and nephew are very good to guests. The breakfast is noodles which tastes great. Have hot soy bean for breakfast too. Owner is nice enough to book train tickets for me where I need to pay him back. Totally 10/10. Great amenities, thick slippers and good toiletries. The owner even gave me lunch which he is eating with his family when I just arrived at lunch time. He even gave me 2 oranges when I am leaving the place. Location is great. No complains. For the price, just choose this. It’s awesome.

SSoh Kien PengI book the queen room and found that the family room is even bigger than the queen with an additional bed for the same price. The only difference is that the family room is beside the lift and may be quite noisy.
The other thing is regarding technical issue with the TV. I suddenly could not be connected to the channels and requested for assistance. They told me that one of the connector is loosen and just need to fix properly. Maybe the hotel can look at this so that this technical issues do not cause inconvenience to the guests.
The staff who came to help out with the technical problem is very courteous and helpful. Thanks so much.

ゲゲストMe and my friend went to Libo, curious about how it will be. Never would we have expected such a warm welcome. The family is really kind and generous, very welcoming. We felt a part of it even if we only stayed a few days. Their hospitality was out of this world, we are really grateful for this experience! The room was big, clean, the location very beautiful, in the midst of the ancient town with good connections to the nearby attractions. It was an experience we will never forget, and we hope to visit again some time in the future :)

ゲゲストI stayed at Wuyue Inn Residence for three nights, and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and modern, the room even felt luxurious, and the hotel served as a perfect starting point from which to explore Xiaoqikong/Daqikong Scenic Area (around 20 minutes by taxi) and Libo Ancient Town (right around the corner). Furthermore, the wonderful staff were always available to help with any practical difficulties I might encounter as a foreigner; I was received very warmly, and they really made sure that my visit to Libo went as smoothly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, or even come back myself. Many thanks again to everyone at Wuyue Inn Residence!

ゲゲストとても満足のいく経験で、立ち去るのを嫌がります!山のふもとにあるLiuyongの場所はとても良く、その前には上司の野菜畑があります。妹のルと妹のメイチャオはとてもおしゃべりでかわいいです。彼らは家のように本当に快適です。夕食は雰囲気がとてもいいです。自分で作った米酒もあります。子供たちも一緒に遊んでいます。賢いリサもあります。おとぎ話の中の生活のように感じます。夏にまた来ます

RRyomaaaaa這家小七孔景區旁的民宿絕對是寶藏之選！步行五分鐘就到東門入口，早上能多睡半小時，錯峯入園避開人流，太省心了。
房間乾淨敞亮，乳膠床墊軟乎乎的，隔音也好，玩累了回來能睡個安穩覺。陽台推開門就是滿眼綠意，清晨的鳥鳴特別治癒。老闆超熱情，不僅幫拿行李，推薦的酸湯魚館子味道絕了。
早餐的鮮牛肉粉湯底清甜，配料十足，吃飽正好開啟一天行程。免費洗衣烘乾設施解決了旅途換衣難題，細節滿滿。下次來小七孔肯定還住這，必須五星推薦！
