雪郷はとても楽しく、ホテルは美しく、サービスはあらゆる面で素晴らしかったです。強くお勧めします！ 蘭亭雪郷民宿は期待をはるかに超えていました！景勝地の中心部に位置し、雪雲街まで歩いてすぐ。まるで絵本から飛び出したような雪景色が目の前に広がります。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、床暖房も素晴らしく、氷点下の気温でも暖かく快適でした。寝具も快適で、ぐっすり眠ることができました。オーナーとスタッフは温かく親切で、荷物の運搬を手伝ってくれたり、観光ルートを勧めてくれたり、氷に水しぶきがかかる写真を撮るための小道具を貸してくれたりと、至れり尽くせりのサービスでした。朝食は本格的で美味しく、雪郷にしてはリーズナブルな価格でした。まるで雪の中の温かい小さな家にいるようで、居心地が良く、安心して過ごせました。雪郷での滞在は、とても安心感を与えてくれました。強くお勧めします！

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. I highly recommend anyone planning to travel to Harbin to contact Snow Mushroom Hotel for all your travel arrangements, not only in Snow Town but also in Harbin, Yabuli, and other places in the region. The location is good but the sign board of the hotel was not clearly visible so it’s easily to miss out.  The Kang bedroom was very cold as the heater was not controllable and not warmth.  The TV wasn’t working and was told that there’s a technical issue with the missing signal card.  There’s no separation of dry and wet area in the toilet and the whole toilet will get wet when one shower plus the drainage was so poor till the floor stay flooded the entire night.  Breakfast was below average like plain steamed bun with no fillings, plain porridge with salted pickles, hard boiled eggs and oily sweet pastry like the ********* Sun Biscuits alike.

We stayed at Mountain Talk for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located inside Snow Village, making it easy to explore the area, especially during winter. The room was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape, which made the stay feel extra special. The environment is very peaceful, perfect for families and travelers who want to relax after a full day in the snow. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff, especially Mr. Haizi, was extremely accommodating and helpful. He assisted us many times and made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth from start to finish. Tips for future guests: • Choose a room with a window view for the full snow village experience. • Winter nights can be very cold, so bring proper thermal wear even indoors. • The location is ideal if you want to enjoy night walks and early morning views without rushing. • If you need help with transport, schedules, or basic arrangements, do not hesitate to ask the staff. They are very willing to assist. Overall, Mountain Talk is a cozy and welcoming place to stay, with excellent service and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended for those visiting Snow Village in winter, especially families.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ スノータウンホテルで5つ星の滞在！ スノータウンホテルでの滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです。すべてが最高でした！ロケーションは完璧で、部屋からは雪景色が一望でき、滞在をさらに特別なものにしてくれました。 ホテル全体が清潔で、特にバスルームの設備が気に入りました。トイレは自動洗浄とビデ付きで、シャワーエリアは独立しているので、とても快適で便利でした。 ホテルにはレストランもあり、料理は本格的で美味しかったです。ボリューム満点なので、お腹いっぱいになること間違いなしです！ 何よりも、スタッフの方々に感謝の気持ちを伝えたいです。皆さんとても親切で温かく迎えてくださり、特に滞在中はまるで家にいるようにくつろげた雰囲気を作ってくれたおばさんには感謝しています。 全体的に素晴らしい滞在となり、今後スノータウンを訪れる予定のある友人には、ぜひこのホテルをおすすめしたいと思います。⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

第一次來到名不虛傳的中國雪鄉，感受~從哈爾濱驅車5小時不虛此行。説實話預訂雪鄉住宿之前純靠懵，看到很多負面評論，住宿我們很謹慎，那麼多的酒店民宿不知道該選擇哪一家，考慮到安全性與舒適度~我們選擇了這家叫雪季的酒店。沒想到的是在雪鄉這麼一個“小地方”的小酒店~竟然展現出了五星好評服務。通過攜程付完房費定好房後就接到了酒店方的電話，添加微信後直接對接司機免費給我做攻略參考，全程講解並安排推薦線路，直至我們到達雪鄉後安排接行李帶路。這家酒店非常乾淨，還有暖心的特產凍梨贈送我們吃。飯菜也非常好吃（嚐了其他家的確實還是這家酒店的飯菜可口，價格也公道） 房間很乾凈，位置也不錯 出門坐車都不用走路，美女老闆很熱情，還有很多很多細節就不一一描述了，一分價格一分貨，能真心實意為客户的商家～值得信任值得推薦。再次感謝這家藏在雪鄉的五星好評的酒店~《雪季酒店》 明年見！

部屋はとても暖かく、最初は寒くなるのではないかと心配していましたが、意外と朝食が素晴らしく、子供たちが大好きな腸がありました。ホテルにはエレベーターがあり、荷物を運ぶ心配はありませんでした。バスに乗るとすぐに電話してバスを降りて迎えに来てくれます。とても幸せな旅行、みんなにお勧め

The hotel is just prefer location near to the main entrance just abt 10mins walk especially snowing, 3-5mins to Dream home and Er Ren Zhuan show and the Xueyun street. The hotel not too big but very innovative decoration and cosy, with small cafeteria and restaurant is under renovation when we stayed there in end Nov. The lady boss and staff were very friendly and thoughtful. Only thing that the hotel entrance and hotel name is too small and you may miss it. 👍👍👍
