ゲゲストWhat a great find. This lovely hotel is tucked away in a quiet area near to Siming Lake and the surrounding mountains. A great spot to cycle, drive and hike from. The hotel is beautifully finished with modern, wooden finish. The hosts are lovely and accommodating, super friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel was delicious. The common areas are comfortable with board games and even a guitar and piano! The rooms are clean and fresh, with a great modern bathroom and comfortable furniture. A very relaxing stay - I would come back again! (photo is view from our bedroom)
CCliffHangerThe land lady is really kind & nice, attended to all our needs & requests. They serve decent food at their self-run local restaurant & the location is within a charming village. The room is new, so if it was cleaned properly, I would have given an easy 5 stars. However, only the bed linens & towels are obviously sanitary & the rest are all questionable. But the hot water in the shower is very hot, which is a big plus & The pillows are soft & comfortable. I would recommend not to drink the water from the boiling device as it tastes funny, and keep the bathroom door closed because there’s an awful smell that comes out of it sometimes. The public veranda overlooking the mountains is not maintained at all & is dirty, if not, it would be a great spot to relax. Overall my stay was ok, especially because of the very accommodating land lady/owner.
RRichardStayed 2 nights, location is ok, very limited food places within walking distance. Some malls, including Wanda Plaza less than wp minutes by taxi.
Nothing to write home about the breakfast. Reception are friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced.
IIrvin LuisThe environment of this hotel is amazing, and it’s probably the best hotel you can stay at in the area. There is a restaurant and bar near the lobby that looks cool to check out next time I visit. They have several room themes, and some of the themes are very “interesting” 😂. The rooms are clean, and the environment is quiet.
ゲゲストHere’s a polished, well-structured review that highlights their hospitality toward international guests, based on your thoughts:

⭐️ A magical treehouse escape — incredibly welcoming to international guests
We stayed in the Starry Dome Suite and it honestly exceeded our expectations — even better than the photos. The room is spread across multiple levels, with three private patios nestled below the dome itself, giving it the feel of our very own luxury treehouse. The fun electric trapdoor entrance into the dome was a highlight, and having a private bathroom tucked into the setup made the stay comfortable as well as adventurous.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. As international guests who speak very little Chinese, we were so touched by how accommodating and friendly everyone was. They went out of their way to communicate with us via WeChat, patiently using translation software to make sure we had everything we needed — from local tips to the little details that made our stay seamless. We never felt like a burden, which we truly appreciated.
The location itself is beautiful. We did some lovely walks in the nearby area, but honestly we were just as happy sitting out on our patio, soaking in the trees and the peace. We brought our own BBQ, and the team was really flexible in helping us find a great spot to set it up. It was exactly the nature escape we needed — a perfect break from city life. If you're a foreign traveller wondering whether you'll feel comfortable here, the answer is absolutely yes. We felt so welcome.
