We loved our time at Cedre. Hotel was beautiful, well-appointed, and service was excellent. Reverent out of their way to ensure your experience was excellent. Breakfast was good. We rented e-bikes from the hotel to ride the wine trails, loved the library / fireplace area. Location is walkable to downtown without being in the middle the city. We look forward to coming back!

素晴らしい小さなホテル。小さくて趣のある。オーナーによる素晴らしいサービス。唯一の欠点は、他のゲストが部屋に上がると床がきしむのを聞き、感じることができることです。遮音性は存在せず、すべてを聞くことができます。また、朝食の準備のため、場所は常にベーコンや豚肉のように販売されています。 YMMV。

フレンドリーなスタッフがいる素敵なホテル。 ただし、すべての部屋がシャトーにあるわけではなく、私たちの部屋は一種のバンガローの庭にありました。これは予約中に開示されませんでした。 部屋はとても広としていましたが、シャトー体験はありませんでした。

Tout est propice à la détente, le cadre de couleur est très bien agencé et le service;met à disposition gracieusement et à volonté des boissons thé divers de qualité , café à disposition. La salle de bain douche est topissime car sa longueur permet de se doucher à deux, elle est spacieuse et la propreté est irréprochable. La literie, confortable, la pièce très fonctionnelle. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est placé parfaitement pour rentrer directement au cœur de ville, quartiers tout pavés, déambulant avec admiration devant l'architecture historique et ses remparts, traversant le joli parc de Beaune. Halte transitoire bien agréable !

The hotel is about 10mins walk from the main station with our luggages. It’s just outside of the main town area but it is walkable everywhere in Beaune. There was a nice bakery and crêperie nearby. The room is a little cramped but was clean and toilet is huge. The soap provided smelt nice too. There is no lift but we were lucky to be on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us whenever we walked past and helped us store the luggages. It was a good stay!

Tonneliersで非常に魅力的でプロフェッショナルな歓迎。私たちは到着し、チェックイン前に昼食にまっすぐ出かけなければなりませんでした。フロントデスクのチームはおしゃべりでとても親切で、タクシーを注文してくれました。私は絶対にここに再びボーネに滞在します。

À notre arrivée, lors du check-in sur la borne automatique, le système nous a réclamé un supplément de 6 € injustifié. Le calcul était pourtant simple : 34 € (chambre déjà réglée) + 6 € (animal) + 2 € (taxe de séjour), soit un total de 42 €. Or, la machine affichait 48 €. J’ai contacté l’assistance en ligne pour signaler cette erreur de calcul système. Malheureusement, l’interlocuteur n'a fait aucun effort pour résoudre la situation. Malgré mes explications, il s'est contenté de maintenir que le total était de 48 €, puis a avancé un tarif de 49 €, ignorant totalement les conditions de ma réservation effectuée à l'avance. Son refus de vérifier les chiffres était inadmissible. Heureusement, à l'arrivée de la réceptionniste physique, la situation a été débloquée. Elle a consulté l'historique de la facturation, a immédiatement identifié l'erreur et l'a rectifiée. Elle a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exemplaire, contrairement à son collègue de l'assistance. Travaillant moi-même dans un groupe hôtelier français, je sais que l'historique d'une réservation sur le PMS permet de tout vérifier. Il est regrettable qu'un agent du service client soit moins efficace qu'un réceptionniste sur place et fasse preuve d'une telle mauvaise volonté. Si l'hôtel en lui-même est satisfaisant, cette expérience avec l'assistance en ligne ternit l'image de l'enseigne. Je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de réserver à nouveau chez B&B.

Местоположение отличное, понравился завтрак и работа всего персонала, мы брали 2 номера . все номера classic Standart room капсульного типа при открытии двери в комнату дверь ударяется и упирается в кровать ,в комнате не развернуться ,одним словом для ночлега на одну ночь отличный вариант,кровать была удобной!!!!есть бассейн на улице это тоже заманчиво!🌞

My first visit to Beaune , took off from Paris arrived in Beaune smoothly. As I looked out the station , I spot the hotel right in front! Extremely hassle free ! Most local visitors drove cars around, I plan to get bike rentals if in need . Turns out it was not a far walk to Beaune centre. I had a huge 29 inch luggage with me because I flew in Paris for biz trip. There’s no elevator but the stairs are wide enough to walk up . The room is spacious and seem renovated to a modern look not long ago. Bed is super nice with 4 pillows ❤️ It was hard to get out off bed 🤭 too comfy Bathroom is bright and super clean. I like my room facing the station, as trains go by there is a slightly shake , I don’t mind at all. Breakfast is cozy with great quality cheese and charcuterie. Front desk is hearty and friendly ! I extend another two nights right after my first night, because I love this place so much.
