The staff were so lovely. I took my dog who they loved and I got a lovely room, so nice and quiet. The shower was great, the bed was so comfortable. Free coffees in the morning which was bliss! It was so nice downstairs to just sit and chill, really nice vibes and just felt totally relaxed and at home. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, absolutely loved staying here. Will definitely be staying again!

チェスターは町に近く、多くの5つ星ホテルが持っているジム、プール、スパがあれば、より高い評価を受けるだろうと疑う質の高いホテルです。しかし、彼らは必要ありません。部屋は十分な広さで、必要な設備がすべて揃っていました。レストランの公共エリアは高水準で、食べ物は素晴らしかったです。私たちの部屋にはいくつかの小さな問題がありました。シャワードアが少し漏れましたが、問題はありませんでした。ドアのデッドロックは関与しませんでしたが、私たちのドアと公共エリアの間にロックされたドアがあるので、私たちは心配しませんでした。特に価格がリーズナブルで、基準と品質がとても良いので、私たちは喜んで再び使用します。

On pulling back the sheets a pair of ladies briefs was discovered in the bed. Suggests the bed was not changed from previous guests. Reception was not apologetic and did not rectify or compensate. Very poor. It took an hour to check out because reception claimed we had not paid It tried to contact yourselves and could not resolve. I had evidence that I had paid yourselves. Complete waste of my tine and very inconvenient! I do not know whether it was Trip.com or Hotel to blame. I will not use hotel or trip.com again

I really enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Close to bus stops so it was convenient to get around. Walkable distance from the aberdeenshire coastal path, which was very pretty despite the very narrow paths (photo attached). Food was a bit expensive from the restaurant.

Very convenient for my conference at P&J live which is literally a stone throw away. Front dest is efficient and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. No significant noise despite near the airport. About 30 min bus ride to the centre, bus stop is 2 min walk away.

皆さんとても丁寧でした。 部屋は信じられないほど清潔で、たった2泊の滞在なのに、また掃除してくれました。 仕事するには静かでした。 朝食は美味しく、テイクアウトもできました。 ギネスビール1パイントが5ポンドちょっと ピザが終日10ポンドで食べられます。 Wi-Fiも良好です。 空港まで文字通り5分です。 中心部行きのバス停まで2分です。 100メートルほどのところにパブがありますが、ホテルでビールを飲んだので行きませんでした。

とても良い、朝食は良い、場所は便利、ホテルはモダン、周囲の環境はとても良い、近くにバス停があり、街から出やすい、そして部屋は日の出を見ることができます。

朝食に行き、レストランで火災警報器が鳴り、スタッフは警報器をオフにする方法を知りませんでした。誰もが部屋に滞在し、スタッフは働き続けました。10/15分後、騒音が耳が聞こえなくなったので、プレミアインレセプションに不平を言いに行きました。マネージャーはレストランに行って、朝食のゲストに出発するように頼み、アラームをオフにする方法を整理しなければなりませんでした。彼女は謝罪し、朝食の費用を返金しました。これは彼女にとって良いことです。しかし、スタッフの毎週のトレーニングはどこにありますか。本当の火事があった可能性があり、彼らは手がかりがありませんでした。

ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。 あなたが何かを必要とするならば、彼らはあなたを助けるために後ろに曲がります。 彼らにとって、それほど面倒なことは何もありません。 間違いなく戻ってきます😀
