「Just returned from a two night stay. The hotel could not be in a better location.....absolutely perfect!
Unfortunately though the hotel is very tired and dated. The lift doesnt work and judging bybprevious reviews im not sure the last time that it was. The bathroom door wouldnt stay closed and my room overlooked the backs where clearly the bins and restaurant staff are. I was rudely awoken by the staff and bin men at 04.45am which wasnt great.
All in all a perfect location and the reception staff were lovely but not really worth the money that it cost!」

ゲゲストExcellent service and a great stay. Nathan at the front desk was really helpful and was running the bar and restaurant orders all at the same time!! I was impressed. I only stayed one night, with breakfast included. Can't fault anything. Thank you

ゲゲストGreat location, easy access into Windsor. Loud street on Saturday night - earplugs were provided but they were quite lightweight, could use better earplugs as building is old there was a lot of floorboard squeaking and outside noise.
