ゲゲスト市内中心部や観光名所に近い戦略的なロケーションにあり、サービスは素晴らしく、私の期待を超えていました。価格もお手頃ですが、それだけの価値はあります。この宿泊施設の唯一の欠点は、トイレが狭すぎることです。全体的に、適切な設備とサービスを備えた、予算内で一人で滞在するのにおすすめの場所です。

RRonnyMy kids and wife really love this hotel. Since arrival up till check out we had really great time. Complete facilities for kids, nice foods, great servives from all staffs also wonderful ambience this hotel has it all.

MMichael SandraI recently stayed at the Alila Solo Hotel and my overall experience was just OK. The facilities were decent, and the rooms were comfortable enough. However, my visit was marred by bad parking experiences. The parking area was crowded and poorly organized, leading to a less-than-pleasant experience when the hotel’s ballrooms were hosting events during my stay. While not a terrible stay, improvements in parking management would certainly enhance the guest experience.

ゲゲストRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

ゲゲストI choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing..
Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name)..
