One opportunity area is, 50% items of menu were unavailable like tandur and chinese. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided were commendable, which reflects the standard of a 4-star property. However, i would like to share a small suggestion to enhance the guest experience further. Some essential amenities such as a dental kit and a hair dryer were unavailable in the room. These are typically expected as part of the standard offerings at a 4-star property, and ensuring their availability would significantly improve guest satisfaction. Only negative point is no room was a valley view room. In fact one room is with one window that has a view of hotel corridor.. rest all was fine. Early check in. Room cleanliness. Hot water availability. Another point is. Good to go out for food rather than order in hotel. They were best in food quality. Somehow it was not up to the mark.

The hotel was so good and the staffs are very cooperative and have a good hospitality manner. And the view from each rooms was breathtaking.
