Purtroppo non siamo potuti andare a Varanasi causa nebbia. Ma eccoci a Mathura, città natale del dio Krisna. Oggi giornata “full immersion” nella vera India. Un’emozione unica!!! Stasera cena in hotel.
Property is excellent with good location. Food is also good. The only issue we faced is regarding check out in early hours. We intimated reception in the night itself for 5 am check out next day, but no one was available at the reception despite waiting for 10 minutes.
I would give negative stars if the option was available. Terrible hotel. Very dirty. The hotel is very far from the station. The staff is rude and downright dismissive. They don’t even acknowledge your existence. We stayed there from oct 25-27. But the place was terrible. We paid for early check in as well, but they gave us a room with broken tiles, missing shower curtain, broken toilet paper stand. See photos. We went for breakfast, which was supposed to start at 7:30, but was not open till 7:50 am. The food was not enough for even 10 people. The server was extremely rude. First day they served poha which was extremely oily and raw. I actually threw up after eating their food. We requested chai 5 times before they bothered to listen to us. Also, the staff seems particularly disposed to ignoring Indians, while preferring to cater to foreigners. You can talk, request , they won’t even look at you if you are not white. If you are at the breakfast at the same time as non-colored people, be prepared to be treated as crap. Not to mention the hotel was under construction and you could hear noise all day. It was constant banging till 11 pm in the night. Our A/C was also not working. Finally, we were suffocating in the room so we asked them outright why they have given us such a room. Then they changed our room to a much better room, but their service was still horrible. We just skipped any breakfast in their hotel after that. I was took scared to try. Please avoid. It is also hard to get transportation to and from the hotel as it is so far off the center.
The hotel is located within walking distance to the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple. it is approximately 10-12 min walk. The rooms are quite ok with decent in size for couple & One child. Although Toilets need to be cleaner. We stayed here for two nights. The hotel provides good breakfast. The hotel building is older one, renovation require. The Staff is co-operative.
MMeenakshi MeenakshiHad a very comfortable stay with a perfect view to my vacation.I was travelling with my elderly mother and was worried about location and comfort. But visited gokul Govardhan vrindavan barsana and mathura covered all temples in a timely manner. View from my room was super relaxing which added to the experience
ゲゲストWonderful property in Vrindavan.. A bit of a distance away from proper Vrindavan town.. Takes around 20 mins by e-rickshaw from the town.. Otherwise a gem of a hotel... Very clean and hygienic and responsive to guest's needs.... Stayed at the Maharani Suite (as the Maharaja suite was booked) for only one night (could get booking of the suite for 1 night only). Two single beds and one queen beds provided for 4 pax... Single beds not very wide, an adult would have to remain conscious as to not fall off the bed... Mattresses very soft and you sink in.. A bit of a challenge for senior citizens.. The beds are separated by a classy wooden partition... The interior decoration of the suite is tastefully done with wood panelling and cupboards and bedside tables and you have lots of, places to keep things on... There is only one bathroom but it is a very big one with wonderful fixtures and a bathtub thrown in for added measure. The toiletries are of good quality and you are provided with a Electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets... The restaurant Anubhuti is a quaint place and serves very good food.. The complimentary breakfast had no buffet and you can order anything from aloo paratha, idli & vada, fruit juices, fresh fruit platter, poha, etc. All of the preparations were very tasty and the portions were generous. Would specialty compliment the restaurant for allowing to serving customized good items -- we asked for plain aloo jeera and boiled vegetables and were served perfect dishes to suit our palate. Thank them for that. Secondly, after one night stay, we had to check out at 10 am... At the same time we went for Vrindavan local temples Darshan by e-rickshaw... They were very generous is allowing us the room till 1 pm after which we ate lunch at the restaurant and departed for Govardhan. Would definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come to Vrindavan. I was travelling with parents who are over 75 years young and the hotel staff did their bit so that we had a hassle free stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Most of the staff is ignorant towards guests and hotel services, they are just working for salary, bathroom fixtures need cleaning, Window glasses are dirty and aluminum panels are clogged, rooms are good, furniture too is good but it seems there is no one looking for shortcomings
Excellent services..The hotel was a great fit to have luxurious stay.. staff were very responsive to the requests and all were humble..swimming pool was well very Maintained..food was great too.. overall a win package to stay in this hotel. Highly recommended
