素晴らしい
MMargaret88Cホテルは素晴らしい設備で美しいです。敷地内にとても素敵なレストランがあります。そして美しい屋外スペース。それは非常に魅力的に見えたまともなサイズのプールとジャグジーを持っています。また、非常にリラックスした最後のミニスパトリートメントも受けました。部屋は清潔で広として快適でした。またそこに滞在します!

PpennWonderful place to stay, comfy beds and excellent food in the restaurant. The nightly turndown service was appreciated. I would have liked slippers to wear to the pool and the elliptical machine was broken the entire week I was there. I would like to say upon checkout that I asked for a bottle of water for my long Uber ride and it seemed to be an unrealistic request!?

WwanderlustturtlesEl lugar esta muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena atención y cerca de todo. Todo esta muy muy bien pero me pareció muy mal que en la ducha los jabones que tienen son de botes de jabon para las manos! Creo que no cuesta nada tener un bote de shampoo y otro de jabon de cuerpo, sino da mala imagen por todo lo bueno del hotel.

SSER Aletze概ね良好です。ビュッフェには乳糖を含まないミルクのオプションがあることも含まれます。
外にいた人は、受付が閉まっていた場所を教えてくれただけでしたが、スーツケースで両手がふさがっていて開けるのが難しく（つまみがあるので）、それを見ても開けるのを手伝ってくれませんでした。お忙しいので、おもてなしの面ではマイナスポイントだと思いました。
以前のホテルが何であったかを説明するプレートがあれば良かったと思います。その煙突は何なのか、何に使われていたのかなど、動物の名前を示す痕跡が残っています。

ゲゲストホテルはとても清潔で安全でした!!場所は、メキシコで恒久的なレジデンスを得るために行かなければならなかったINMから1ブロック離れていました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋にはエアコンはありませんでしたが、とても素敵なファンを持ってきました。プエブラのその地域に戻る必要がある場合は、再びそこに滞在します!!

Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit.
Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card
🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable
🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet
🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

SSARA GABRIELAService was excellent, I had an early check in and the reception was able to?accommodate me without any trouble. Breakfast is simple but really local and tasty!
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed linen was fresh and the bathroom was always spotless.
It's not a fancy hotel but absolutely everything you need and more for short convenient stays in the heart of the city.
I felt safe walking around the area and there's a lot to do if you're interested in doing city visits etc.
