ゲゲストHad an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

ゲゲストExcellent service from staffs! So kind and helpful. We checked in early and all prepared for our family. Beautifully designed hotel. Clean room and toilets with lovely fragrance. Location is perfect to everything u need. Bed is comfortable but pillows were small. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Tijuana.

ゲゲストWell, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

KKurzaAs December 2025, place was having some construction work. Because of this, I couldn’t use the gym (see pictures). However, the place made good impression. Nice and clean rooms. Nothing fancy, very simple inside, but large space. Only problem was that one night I heard people from upstairs, it woke me up actually. Not the best soundproofing. Location is good. Generally, I have positive experience

RRalph MxThe place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains).
The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!
