This hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you.

Круглые сутки о госте заботятся, от входа в отель до автобуса/такси в аэропорт. В реальности философия I Can, любой вопрос или пожелание выполняется моментально. Спасибо за два незабываемых дня.

ホテルはバスから1 kmの場所にあり、予約後に2つのメールを送りました📧メールの1つは注意事項を知らせることです。とにかく電話番号があります。バスを降りてホテルに電話して迎えに来てくれました。バイクに乗って迎えに来ました。部屋は大丈夫です。ネパールの田舎では、この価格で3つを選ぶ必要はありません。お湯は良いです。シャンプー、タオル、石鹸、歯ブラシが装備されています。ヘアドライヤーとお湯は上司に頼む必要があります。サービスはとても暖かく、全体的に良いです。しかし、このホテルはメインストリートから1 km離れています。外で食事をするのはあまり便利ではない場合、予約する必要がある友人は注意を払う必要があります。また、安い部屋にはエアコンがなく、40元をエアコン付きの部屋に変えました。

We had booked three nights but could only arrive on the third night. I knew I would lose the cost of the first two nights but when it came to check out, I was asked to pay for the three nights, despite having already paid through Trip.com. Fortunately, I had a Nepali friend come to collect us and he spoke with their head office. If he had not been there it would have been very difficult, despite showing the money taken from my bank. This was the second time for this to happen in Nepal when booking through Trip; already paid but being asked to pay again.. Our room had no wi-fi, no hot water and only one seat to sit on outside. The place looked in poor condition, so we were not sorry to only spend one night there.

one of the best hotel of Chitwan area, we stayed two nights with family, we booked two rooms of jungle facing balcony, great location, on the bank of river, courteous and well behaved staffs, prompt service, rooms are well equipped with all modern amenities, restaurant has plenty of menus at very good price, front office staffs were very nice one Mr Ram is excellent, we enjoyed our stay.

The price and the reviews set high expectations, but the reality was quite disappointing. Our room was not clean, and the view from the back window was directly onto a pile of garbage, which was very unpleasant. Based on our experience, even a 3-star rating would feel generous. The only positive aspect we can highlight is that the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, apart from that, we did not have a good overall experience.

Our recent stay at Jungle Wildlife Camp was beautiful! The restaurant manager Shiteram made sure our stay was perfect! He was so kind and considerate helping us move rooms as in our original the facilities were not working, he always greeted us when we saw him and helped us spot wildlife in the river. From the hotel we were able to spot rhinos, crocodiles, elephants bathing, and many birds. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was lovely.

Such a nice view and friendly staff! I really enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The location is perfect — it’s right next to the national park, and I could actually see the river from the balcony. It’s also on the main street, so it’s easy to get anywhere. The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The air conditioner worked really well. The staff were all so friendly and kind.
