BBernard Voonリゾートはバス停からのピックアップサービスを提供しています。バスが到着すると、運転手はすでにホテルまで連れて行ってくれるスタンバイ中でした。
私たちが手に入れた部屋は清潔で広としていました。ベッドも快適でした。シャワーの水は強くはありませんでしたが、それでも使用可能でした。それにもかかわらず、部屋のテレビは機能しておらず、修正する必要があります。ビデの水も非常に弱く、ソースからそれを閉じないと漏れていました。
リゾートには、サファリ ツアーのオプションもたくさんあります。リバー カヌー ライド + バード ウォッチング + ゾウ繁殖センター、サファリでのジープ ライドを選択しました。ジープ ツアーを案内してくれたジャガート氏は、求められる最高のガイドでした。彼は辛抱強く動物を見せてくれ、知識も豊富だった。
最後に、リゾートのすべてのスタッフを称賛したいと思います。誰もがフレンドリーで親切でした。いくつかの改善点がありますが、優れたサービスのためにこのリゾートをお勧めします。

Hharriet chowThis hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you.

UUraluWe stayed here to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel thoughtfully decorated our room, which made us feel very special. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a lovely and memorable stay — we would definitely come back!

ゲゲストWe had booked three nights but could only arrive on the third night. I knew I would lose the cost of the first two nights but when it came to check out, I was asked to pay for the three nights, despite having already paid through Trip.com. Fortunately, I had a Nepali friend come to collect us and he spoke with their head office. If he had not been there it would have been very difficult, despite showing the money taken from my bank. This was the second time for this to happen in Nepal when booking through Trip; already paid but being asked to pay again.. Our room had no wi-fi, no hot water and only one seat to sit on outside. The place looked in poor condition, so we were not sorry to only spend one night there.

DDanica GraceOur recent stay at Jungle Wildlife Camp was beautiful! The restaurant manager Shiteram made sure our stay was perfect! He was so kind and considerate helping us move rooms as in our original the facilities were not working, he always greeted us when we saw him and helped us spot wildlife in the river.
From the hotel we were able to spot rhinos, crocodiles, elephants bathing, and many birds. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was lovely.
