Not bad overall. Slightly on the expensive side, but still affordable and good value compared to similar options in terms of quality and overall experience. The front desk staff was professional and helpful — he kindly accommodated me with an early check-in, nearly 3 hours before the standard check-in time, which I really appreciated.

I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Dammam, and overall it was a very good experience — especially for the price and location. The hotel sits conveniently near the Corniche with easy access to seaside views and local attractions, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Had issue on entry with dollars (need to take a cab fee km away from the hotel , and only after full fee collection the hotel let us in. We had dollars, both visa and master card didn’t work.

活気のある通りにあるこの地域の新しいホテル。ホテルはラトンホテルの隣にあり、ほとんどの部屋の地上の役割であり、その主な役割です。 建物は清潔で整頓されていて、ホテルの家具は新しく、レセプションは良く、部屋のレベルは良いです。 サービスは良いですが、少し遅いです。価格は正しいです。 その欠陥は水循環の壁であり、神はガラスの中にいるので、お風呂の光は部屋で寝るのを邪魔します。 ホテルには独自のウェブサイトはありません。水泳は開いているので、この空気の中で泳ぐことは不可能です。

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

Totally not upholding the name of Wyndham, never do make up for for 2 nights and replenish of water. Upon requesting for a change of towels, took the used towel, never replace with clean ones. Then 3rd day, did a make up room, took all used towels, never replace again. Totally disappointed with their room service team. Will never choose Wyndham Garden Dammam again.

房間可以，就是在工業區，有點太偏了！周邊衹有吃飯的飯店，其他啥也木有，不過畢竟工業區，全是工人！！！

雰囲気:3/5 食べ物:5/5 部屋/清潔さ:5/5 サービス:5/5 スタッフ:100/5 –ザラさんの素晴らしい仕事 受付係のZahraさんはとても親切で親切でした。彼女は親切に私に早くチェックインすることを許可してくれたので、私の滞在はさらに便利になりました。さらに、ハウスキーピングスタッフの1人も非常に支援的で気配りがありました。 全体的に、スタッフの優れたサービスと献身のおかげで、私の滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです。
