素晴らしい
CCharrissa本当にユニークなホテルです。プールも最高で、ビーチがすぐそばにあるのが何よりの喜びです。
スタッフの皆さんも本当に親切でした！マネージャーからハウスキーパーまで、皆さんとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。
特にヌヌとトニーには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。二人は今まで出会った中で最も誠実な人たちです。
本当にありがとうございました。またお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。

素晴らしい
TTraveller1401We had an amazing stay! The camp was brand new and very clean. The beach sand was so soft! We want to thank Joey, the wonderful and attentive Camp Cayla staff who made our stay great. As soon as we arrived he arranged everything according to what we liked. He asked us if we wanted to rent a scooter which we choose to do and he organised everything! In the middle of the night we didn’t know how to turn the aircon off (we were holding it too far away) and he was at our door within a few minutes and showed us how to turn it off. He was always on-site and took care of us well! The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. There were some small ants but that’s expected. We had insect spray so it was fine.
Negatives: The property is not fenced so there lots of dogs that come very close, this maybe an issue for people that have a fear of dogs or if there’s small children playing around. The bar/ restaurant/ reception area is not ready yet, there is no where to buy food close by.

The beach is also very beautiful with a lot of lovely peacocks.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Actually we want to relax here as I read a lot of reviews many people say the island was very beautiful and quiet not busy but we had such bad luck. The other group makes noise all the time too loud. Staff apologies about it.
I like everything here since I took the boat until I went back. Accept at that time I went too busy and annoyed very much.

ゲゲスト良い雰囲気、プライベートビーチ、素敵なプールがありますが、ビーチサイドのレストランは提供する準備ができていないようです。ランチに行ってピザを注文したら、生地がなくなっていると言われました。お店は昼から夜まで営業しております。昼食から小麦粉がなくなって何の意味があるのでしょうか？しかし、全体的には良いです。

KKatsuya Takakuboロケーションのせいか価格は高いと感じるホテルでした。シャワーの水量も少なく朝食の種類も少なく全てにおいて物足りなさを感じました。前日に宿泊したパタヤのホテルの価格は1.5倍で満足度は半分と言う感じです。部屋の照明も少なく外観とは裏腹に少し不気味な雰囲気で壁が薄く上階や下階、隣等のドアやロッカー等の開閉音が気になります。次は無いホテルでした。

ゲゲストLove the view and privacy. The sea is clear and beautiful. The temperature in the afternoon inside the bubble is too hot to resist. Karaoke is too loud, they sing since 4 - 9 pm. You can hear the voice from everywhere in the island 😅 But I'll come back again since I love the nature here 🥰

VVolkerThe hotel is old and the rooms are run down. The room had an unpleasant odor. At breakfast there were ants on some of the plates and there was a line of ants on the wall. However, the location is great, right on the beach and the hotel staff are nice. Due to the old hotel, the smell of the room and the time of year (= rainy season), the rooms are far too expensive.

ゲゲスト3つの部屋を予約しましたが、そのうちの1つが壊れていました。非常に騒しく、正常に動作しません。眠れず、暑く、騒がしく、真夜中に部屋を出ます。スタッフの助けが必要で、ファンが欲しいです。しかし、誰も出てきて、スタッフに連絡する方法はありませんでした。***私はこの***を非常に残念に思います
それ以外は大丈夫です。問題を除いて
