「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which added greatly to the overall experience.
While the property is a bit more expensive than some alternatives, we found it to be well worth the cost. The quality of service, accommodations, and unique experiences provided excellent value.
We are sorry that we couldn't get an elephant morning wake up call. I feel sad for the few people that complain and make life difficult for others and also for the elephants. I think the elephant enjoyed waking up humans. We were delighted to see a pair of Northern Thailand reindeer, which was an unexpected treat.
We are already looking forward to returning and were genuinely sad to leave. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others seeking a unique and memorable stay.

ゲゲストAn amazing place up in the mountain, peaceful and tranquil, great for an escape. It's located lower down than the main village street and only takes a few minutes if walking. However, the owner was incredible, spoke fluent English and on my arrival took me to all the noteworthy places by vehicle which are within 1km. He always offered to take me somewhere if I was going out.
The room was very spacious, clean and decorated fitting in with the Japanese theme, the view was good and there's also a balcony accessed from the outside. Bath was good to soak after exploring during the day. The service and food are great, hotpot was delicious, breakfast and coffee perfect. Well worth a visit, highly recommend!!! 💯🔥

As a solo traveller staying for one night, I was genuinely impressed with Portare Home in Mae Kampong. It strikes a perfect balance between feeling homely and offering all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality stay, all set within a beautiful jungle environment.
Arriving by car was straightforward, and one of the first things that stood out was the charming luggage pulley system that carries your bags up to the main house. It’s a small touch, but really memorable and adds to the character of the place. I was greeted by several friendly staff members, and check-in was quick and easy.
The design and architecture of the property are what initially drew me in, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. I was shown to my room straight away and couldn’t have been happier. The bed was very comfortable, and the standout feature is the private balcony, which looks directly out into the surrounding jungle. It’s the kind of place you can sit for hours, just listening to nature.
The room itself is thoughtfully equipped, with bathrobes, towels, a hairdryer, and a full set of bathroom amenities. There’s also a fridge stocked with cold bottled water. The bathroom was spacious, with a large shower and a beautiful freestanding bath positioned to take in the jungle views.
The atmosphere really comes into its own in the evening, when the property is softly lit, creating a calm and relaxing setting. Waking up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight. The light filtering through the trees and the sounds of the forest make it feel very special.
In the morning, I was served a traditional Thai breakfast, with the option of fresh drip coffee and orange juice, which was a great start to the day.
The location is also ideal, around a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main Mae Kampong village, so you’re close enough to explore while still enjoying peace and quiet.
Overall, this was a really relaxing and restorative stay. I’m very glad I chose Portare Home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mae Kampong.

It was our first time staying in a traditional Japanese establishment, and I must say I was very pleased. An experience definitely worth repeating, thanks also to the unique and always helpful staff. ゲゲストที่พักดีสะดวกสบาย สะอาด ที่นอนดี ห้องน้ำแยกห้องสุขา ห้องอาบน้ำ อาหารเช้าโอเคร เรือนทานข้าวติดกับลำธารบรรยากาศดีมากๆ ในห้องพักมีกระจกบานใหญ่สำหรับคุณผู้หญิงแต่งหน้าแต่งตัวสะดวก แต่อยากให้มีรองเท้าใส่ในบ้านเตรียมไว้ให้ เพราะดึกๆอากาศเย็นเดินแล้วเย็นเท้า ที่ชอบอีกอย่างมีน้ำดื่มทานฟรีให้เป็นสิบขวดและน้ำอัดลมแช่เย็นดีมากๆ มีมาม่าคัพเพื่อหิวทานฟรีเช่นกัน ทางที่พักใส่ใจดีมากๆ พนักงานก็น่ารักดูแลดี ตินิดนึงที่ทำเล ที่พักติดถนนข้ามไปก็เป็นลำธาร แต่ไม่มีที่นั่งเล่นส่วนกลาง ถ้ามีจะดีมากๆเลย

ゲゲストホテルは丘の奥まった場所にありますが、部屋からの眺めは素晴らしく、素晴らしいです。21時に到着したのですが、キッチンはほとんど閉まっていましたが、親切に注文させていただき、夕食をいただきました。料理は本当に美味しかったです!!! 部屋に入ると大きなクモがいました。WhatsAppでスタッフに助けを求めたら、すぐに追い払ってくれました。本当に助かりました！ 部屋はとても清潔でしたが、細部まで行き届いていませんでした。ジャグジーは楽しく使えました😆 ブルブルブルという音とともに素晴らしい景色を眺めるのは、最高にクールでした~~~ 感謝の気持ちとして、たくさんの言葉が書かれたポップコーンをプレゼントしてくれました。とても温かく、スタッフの真心を感じました。ありがとうございました！

OOx309Great spot if you’re willing to travel to get there. We hired a bike, which I highly recommend, so we could get there and have a look around.
Scenery was amazing both from the restaurant and our very private room which was right on a little river.
Food was great and anything we needed was attended to straight away.

”We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Nelamit. The room with its stunning view was a highlight, and the warm temperature provided by the heater was much appreciated. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, we did notice some minor areas for improvement. The dome could benefit from a deeper clean to address some minor fungal growth. Additionally, we believe the room rate should include complimentary soap for the bathtub, which would enhance the overall guest experience.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the owner for maintaining such a lovely property and for the dedication of their staff, particularly during both peak and off-season periods. We hope these suggestions will be considered for future guests.”

匿匿名ユーザーThis is a quaint little space. It's beautiful for the scenery and peace but it's really far from the city centre so getting transport to the Old city is difficult and drivers may charge you triple the cost. Staff was really helpful and friendly.
