A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

Our stay at the Beirut Hemera was overall pleasant, although there are a few aspects that could be improved. The rooms are small with low ceilings, so they don’t feel very comfortable. The food is repetitive, and the quality is not the best, even in the à la carte restaurants. As for the sea, the location is not ideal: the beach is not very nice and the sea itself is nothing special, so it’s not the best choice for those looking for a beautiful spot to swim. I really appreciated the hotel’s commitment to ecology: no plastic cups and no plastic sunbeds. It’s a concrete effort that truly makes a difference. The rest of the structure is good, and the waitstaff is excellent—kind, helpful, and always friendly. And then there are the hotel cats, sweet and affectionate; they stroll peacefully among the guests and give the whole place a warmer, more romantic atmosphere, as if the hotel had a little extra soul. This is genuinely a very classy hotel, well worth every penny. You will get the treatment you expect, staff is amazing everywhere, especially Safran restaurant, don’t miss to book it. Food is very good, buffet restaurant has everything and beyond. Premium alcohol and up to date rooms. Beach is well managed.

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area. However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Thanks very much for a welcoming stay for two weeks, we had a great relaxing stay, All the staff were great 👍 the pool was very nice and warm. The rooms are good and clean, with a very comfy bed and pillow. We very much enjoyed our stay at the delightful hotel if just 19 apartments, so if you are looking for more relaxing as opposed to the all inclusive Look no further. Plenty of great restaurants close by to choose from.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar. In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

Мы отдыхали с семьёй в Linda sanny beach отличный отель. Нам очень понравилось в этом отеле отдыхать. Встретили очень радушно, как своих родственников. Объяснили всё, что, где находится. У нас было все включено. Кормили нас на отлично👍👏😆. Еды много разнообразие. Голодными не останетесь это точно. Автобус ходит до пляжа каждые 20 минут. 2-3 минуты и вы уже на пляже. Лежаков очень много. Есть покушать на пляже раздают соки, воду, пиво, коктейли. Многие обедают на пляже. Море Супер, вход пологий, дно песок, вода прозрачная. В отеле есть аниматоры девушки, которые занимаются вами. Вечером проходят представления, конкурсы. Можно сходить прогуляться, рядом есть Мигрос, базар. В вообщем отель понравился, всем рекомендую, мы ещё раз приедем сюда 👍👍👍

Хороший отель, территория красивая, большая и удобная, большой и активный бассейн где есть зоны и для взрослых и для малышей, отличный аквапарк, веселая анимация и неплохие вечерние шоу (огненное шоу одно из лучших, что доводилось видеть). Питание на пятерку, все вкусно и разнообразно, были и морепродукты и красная рыба, дорадо, сибас на гриле, очень вкусная телятина. Коктейли входящие в ол инклюзив были вкусными и разнообразными, белое вино и пиво также неплохими. Не понравились только номера, они почти все с видом друг на друга. Положила сотруднику на ресепшн 20 евро в паспорт при въезде, но несмотря на это он заселил нас в плохой номер, на задворках, в нем из крана шел кипяток и было невозможно его отрегулировать, а также не закрывалась дверь в санузел, пришлось обратиться к другому сотруднику и он на следующей день переселил в номер получше. Поэтому именно в этом отеле не рекомендую давать чаевые сотрудникам ресепшн, это не имеет смысла, видимо заелись ребята. В целом этот отель хорош за свои деньги.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
