良い条件、清潔で衛生的。

The hotel was clean, but beds were comfortable, and the room decor was designed to be comfortable. I especially liked the fact that was a place to hang clothes and handbags, and a light was installed above the mirror on the wall.

Check in easy and awesome / I booked last room I think ? They had- which out me in a Suite . Comfortable - was able to extend as well w/o changing rooms. 2nd time went to extend however had to charge me a bit extra since ( I guess?) my original booking was a standard. I booked an express deal so you really have no clue what it is you are booking - which I thought was a bit strange however an extra 15$-20$ was no big deal. Elevator is also very helpful no stairs;) Very quiet.

Clean room nice and comfortable no HBO though

As we checked in, we were told that the hotel was having problems with the system that activate the keys for the room door and that if we played around with the key at our hotel room door that it would eventually work. We tried getting into our room for over 20 minutes and couldn't. Went back to the desk and this time she was able to activate the key because it let us in this time. Then, it says on the door of the pool ( in which our room was directly in front of) that the pool closes at 10pm. We'll, at 1am people were still in the pool and the children were screaming like crazy. We didn't get rest at all. We would never stay here again

Overall, a little disappointed. I’ve stayed at this hotel before about four years ago, and I thought it was much better than. Asked for a room away from the elevator… Was placed in a room next to the elevator. Very few available outlets for personal media requirements and a few of them were not working. In the early morning hours of departure, the satellite on the TV was unavailable.
