素晴らしい
ゲゲストWe came to rest & relax for a night before our flight out west . It was an amazing stay. Love the friendly & helpful service of all the employees. The hotel is new and just beautiful. The suites are modern & have everything you could possibly need . Love the extra amenities they offer. Breakfast has many things to offer the whole family and was full & plentiful… Would love to come back and stay longer .

KKevin KaneBest hotel I've stayed in, with large rooms, separate bedroom, two TVs and a large desk, great staff. Breakfast is ample and very good. Easy access to restaurants( a walk across the street) and next to the highway.

ゲゲストI had items stolen from my room after the first cleaning. There has been zero promises kept and zero engagement now 6 days after the incident.
Mgmt promised an investigation and calls. I didnt get calls. I had to seek out the GM of the hotel. When I finally spoke about my issues, I was asked what it would take to
make me satisfied. I told the mgr if they removed 50% of the cost of the stay, that would satisfy me. It has now been 4 days since my conversation with mgmt, and I still have not been contacted back by the hotel mgr. No calls, no emails, no follow up. I have now had to place the entire charge on hold and refuse to pay, as Delta Hotel by Marriott at the Norfolk Airport location has no idea how to settle a dispute with a sticky fingered room cleaner and an upset guest who simply wanted their items back.
