I ve spent 6 nights in Samarkand. Hilton garden inn hotel is a perfect place to stay in Samarkand. From which is easy to reach the city centre, likewise the airport and Train station as well. Rooms are very nice clean and the higher standards ones you may find in Samarkand. Common space are really nice and welcoming. Everything is really comfy and fine, even more than expectations. A special review to the staff. Cleaner were ok, also staff of spa. But the special ones were the receptionists. These guys are professional and always available to help you. They provide me information, help, hints, suggestions etc. The feeling is that they are taking care of and working for you even when you are not at the desk. In Uzbekistan this whole support is something that can turns your experience in a very positive one. A special thanks to Marjona who is carring out her work professionally and with enthusiasm. She was even able to help me to find and regain a wool sweater I forgot on the train to Bukhara, contacting the railway company etc. Without her main help and the support of others two receptionists I would have never got it back. They make the difference in a trip to Samarkand and Uzbekistan.

Nice, clean Hotel. Friendly, co-operative staff and management! walking distance from Registan square. We, a party of 7, were well received. Our rooms were ready and we were ushered in to our rooms in no time. The rooms well-maintained. The Hotel recently built has an air of freshness about it. Front desk and other staff very friendly and cooperative. No ask too big (or small). Breakfast can’t be classed as lavish, but was healthy and they had variety of options to cater to every type of food requirement. When the kitchen staff learnt we were vegetarian, they had additional options for us following morning. Overall, a great and comfortable stay in a warm, friendly place
ゲゲストОтель находится в историческом центре Самарканда, до основных достопримечательностей 2-3 км., персонал отзывчивый, номера чистые и просторные, имеется всё необходимое. Были рады пребыванию в данном отеле.
SSylvia TeohI didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.
ゲゲストGood choice! We stayed two nights in the 12beds room. The room was nice and tidy, a.c. was working properly and everyone got a nice bed, with curtains to have some privacy. In the room there are two bathrooms, and both are clean and with functioning showers. There is wifi and you can chill in the courtyard, which is really nice and relaxing. The hostel is not too far from the center and you can reach the incredible Registan in 45 minutes walking. Bear in mind, in summer Samarkand is scorching hot, so it would be better to take a yandex or a bus, asking for Amir Temur. The starting point for the bus is very close to the hostel. We didn't try the breakfast, so we can't comment about that. The host is exceptionally clear and talkative, and can speak english at a really good level He was keen to help us, underlying the main itinerary in Samarkand and suggesting us a really nice restaurant close to the hostel. Really, the host really knows how to make his job. Now, two little notes, amongst all the positive things we mentioned, both notes are referred to the 12 beds room. There are no lockers in the room, but the host was willing to help us, keeping in his office our valuable stuff. He also mentioned that there are plans of adding Lockers soon. The room is very (very) close to the street, so at night you can hear noises from the car passing by. You can sleep quietly with earplugs, but it's something worth to mention. There are plugs to charge your phone close to the bed, and that's nice. All in all a good choice.
