ノボテル ロンドン ブレントフォード(Novotel London Brentford)

As expected by the brand, the faculties were upscale and modern. The room was comfortable and mostly clean (coffee stain on the carpet). It was quiet (superior queen) at end of hallway, facing toward interior courtyard. Did not eat breakfast. However, the staff was condescendingly friendly throughout the stay, except for one person at the very end (after we had checked out). Also, finding the hotel was a nightmare. Even with GPS we missed the entrance three times (once we ended up on the M4 and it took us 24 minutes to return). When mentioned to the staff, we were told -with a smile- that no one had ever had problems finding the place (except for us, apparently). The big problem is lack of signage to find parallel access road (see photo of alleyway parallel to main road; we missed that entrance several times) Underground parking (15£ per day) was mostly convenient, but access door to hotel smelled of urine. Lastly: I booked an executive room and was DOWNGRADED by the hotel. Then I was told -with a smile- that Trip.com had sent them a wrong reservation request/voucher; i was told to see with them (ie. MY problem, not theirs).

Good hotel. Service can be a bit better. Be careful giving your credit card information as they may charge you extra nights without your knowledge.  Check your statementsat, at the time their system was double charging for nightly fees. However, hotel is nice breakfast is excellent.  about one hour to Central London via city transport. 

前後已經住了第5天，早餐絕對是不錯的，只需加港幣80元左右，11歲以下小朋友免費，環境下次回來會考慮再入住。

Stayed here for a week, and the location is very car-friendly for those driving around London. There's also a nearby subway station. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The only downside was the room's 'air conditioning,' which turned out to be an air cooler—more like a fan without real cooling capabilities. It led to a few warm wake-ups

Prima hotel, op een fijne locatie. De bus stopt recht voor het hotel, en is eenvoudig te bereiken voor een reis vanaf Londen centrum. Kamer was groot en netjes, met een leuke toevoeging van de badkamer met wand die doorzichtig gemaakt kan worden. Echter was het bad wel glad, wat niet ideaal was om te douchen. Ontbijt en service waren in orde, en het zwembad met sauna was netjes. Zeker aan te raden.

The hotel is clean and pool is the best. I enjoyed my stay for my weekend getaway.

Flight disruption meant I was scrambling for a hotel and was lucky to find this place. 8 miles from Heathrow but worth it. Here is the best bit, the kitchen had just closed but the main barman went the extra mile and got us a modified selection from the menu - super nice of him and made all the difference after being in airports all day.

The hotel was great; however, the big downfall was that the heating didn't work and I left the hotel with a flu. It's almost 0 degrees in London so the heating not working is a big issue and made my experience bad.

Everything was fine apart from the sauna not working on the last day
