Wonderful stay in unique and charming ambiente

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed! I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì

This is an exceptional hotel, pricey, but well worth the money when you compare it to some pretty basic UK hotels. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay special, I had cake in my room for my birthday and an upgraded room. Thankyou team. Service, rooms, art, decor, food, pool and grounds are all VERY lovely. The roses were all out when we visited, and the scent was divine. A couple of nights here felt an extra special treat and detour from our road trip round Italy. The free shuttle into Verona is a great bonus. Hope to come back again, it’s such a great location for visiting the beautiful city of Verona.

The Byblos is the coolest, hippest hotel in Italy! As an artist the collection of art and design was incredible and the way it was incorporated into the spaces so ingenious. The rooms were great, the service impeccable. The style of the hotel is very classical which is a clever juxtaposition to hold the modern art. If you want a stuffy European hotel this is not for you.

Amazing hotel with incredible Art collection. Staff were courteous and welcoming at all times. Special mention goes to Christina. She greeted us warmly, with a smile every morning. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms are definitely different than we have ever experienced, each is decorated differently, with colour and art. Highly recommend a visit. The hotel has shuttles to Verona every hour. Very easy to visit downtown and return to the hotel.

Byblos Art Hotel is an excellent Hotel. It is a very Unique Beautiful Hotel. The Art & Designs in the Lobby and Hallways are very Cool. The Rooms are really nice and roomy. Bathroom is roomy. The Pool area and outside restaurant is very nice. The Scenery is beautiful. They have a Shuttle into Town of Verona that is very convenient and the Drivers are very nice. It is close to the Wineries. The Entire Staff was Super helpful and nice especially the Front Desk Ladies. The Breakfast was very good and the Team were very nice and accommodating, I would definitely only stay there again if visiting Verona. I highly recommend this Terrific Hotel. Thank you for making our 50th Anniversary Trip Special.

The hotel is amazingly beautiful , both the interior and the gardens around. Outstanding Art Collection. The hospitality, and service of all the staff was welcoming, generous , efficient , and friendly. It seems that all were doing their best , and more, to understand and take care of our needs, wishes and wellbeing. Breakfast was gorgeous in a glass hall. We enjoyed to use the shuttle to the Palexpo and to Verona center. Our junior suit was very attractive and even spoiling.
