ブライトンの送迎があるホテル

J'ai passé deux nuits à cet hôtel en août, pour des vacances. J'avais choisi cet emplacement à cause de son excellente localisation près de l'autoroute 390 et près de la route 15, qui permet de se rendre facilement au centre-ville de Rochester, et mon choix s'est avéré très utile. Par contre, l'intérieur de l'hôtel s'est avéré très décevant: tapis des corridors crasseux, mauvaise insonorisation (surtout pour le bruit provenant du corridor), saleté des planchers dans la chambre (mes pieds fraichement lavés sont devenus noirs après 5 minutes de marche dans la chambre), comptoir de salle de bain sale, interrupteurs de salle de bain sales, etc. Qui plus est, le personnel ne fait pas respecter le règlement de fumer à plus de 50 pieds de l'hôtel, et il y a en tout temps des fumeurs de cigarettes et de cannabis agglutinés près de la porte d'entrée, des sorties latérales et des fenêtres -- et qui empestent l'air ambiant. Les pancartes demandant de ne pas fumer ne font définitivement pas la job. Ça aiderait peut-être si le management enlevait les bancs en métal placés près des entrées, où les fumeurs s'installent.... D'ailleurs, même l'homme faisant le remplissage des aliments dans la salle à manger sentait la vieille cigarette à 7h00 du matin.... Et, insulte suprême (...) : cet hôtel n'offre pas de thé, ni dans les chambres, ni à la salle à manger. Donc, apportez le vôtre. Autre élément choquant: j'avais une confirmation écrite du tarif pour mon séjour réservé il y a un mois sur le web, mais en arrivant, surprise: je découvre qu'il y a des nouveaux frais ajoutés pour le stationnement, le coffre-fort et les clés de la chambre (...) . J'ai refusé de payer ses frais cachés non annoncés, mais j'ai dû faire cette négociation avec la «front desk manager» car le personnel courant disait ne pouvoir rien faire. Finalement, parlons de la clientèle: je la qualifierais de «non-éduquée». Majoritairement masculine, qui gueule dans les corridors à toute heure du jour et de la nuit, qui sent la transpiration et les cigarettes fumées depuis des jours aux premières heures du jour dans la salle à manger ; les quelques femmes vues se sont, pour leur part, présentées en pyjama pour le déjeuner. La grande classe! Ça vaudrait probablement la peine de remettre un document sur le code de conduite à adopter dans un hôtel, car c'est clair que les voyageurs de cet hôtel ne le savent pas. Bref, c'est un hôtel que j'éviterai à l'avenir, même si je suis membre du programme de loyauté qui inclut cet hôtel.

Location is good but air conditioning can not adjust.

火事に遭遇したとき、私はドアを開けてしばらく廊下に立っていました。スタッフは走り回ったが、誰も私に避難するように言わなかった。だから私は外出する必要はありませんでした。火は続きました。カーテンを開けて外を見ました。消防車が来ると、広場に避難していたスタッフが私を見て、屋外に行かせてくれとジェスチャーをしました。彼らはゲストの避難を効果的に組織し、監督し、チェックしませんでしたが、火災は深刻ではありませんでした。最終日、ハウスキーピングは歯ブラシでカップから私たちを連れ去りました。中にはデンタルフロスや歯間ブラシだけでなく、歯ブラシや歯磨き粉も入っているので、ゴミではないことは明らかです。そして、過去数日間のリリースに問題はありませんでした。変。フロントでの個々のウェイターの態度は冷たかった。その他は許容されます。

這家是我住過的酒店中滿意度Top 5的。 酒店內部健身房、餐廳、酒吧、大堂的氛圍很温馨； 早餐超讚； 健身房的設備，尤其是跑步機的質量是我住過的酒店裡最好的； 周邊的餐廳、酒吧、博物館都很近 停車場空間很大； 客房裡佈置很舒適； 不足之處就是游泳池太淺了

全体的に、このホリデイインでの6日間の滞在は良かったです。フロントのスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。私の部屋はきれいだった、多分少し拍手だった。壁紙やインテリアに染みや汚れが入っているのに気づきました。キッチン/リビングエリアのテーブルは着用に少し悪かったです。少しがっかりしたのが、ハウスキーピングが自分のスイートを掃除してゴミを空にし、汚れたタオルを拾い、トイレットペーパーを補充するように繰り返し頼んだことです。私はこの3回の要求をしましたが、ハウスキーピングは私の部屋を整理したことがありません。家政婦を追跡し、ゴミ袋とトイレットペーパーをもっと要求しなければなりませんでした。ただ、洗濯物の積み重ねが必要だと気づいたところ、ゲストランドリー施設が部屋からすぐ下りてあるのが、とても便利だった。安全で清潔で手頃な価格の宿泊場所が必要な旅行者にこのホテルをお勧めします。

This Hampton is in a nice location by many restaurants, stores or whatever else you may need. Rooms are clean and quiet. I would stay here again. The only thing unusual about this Hampton is the customer service is not what you usually see at a Hilton property. There is no welcome when you arrive. I arrived to 2 employees complaining about another employee that continued through the whole check in. Stayed here 5 nights. Never heard a good morning or hello from any of the employees. I said good morning the first morning and the woman at the desk literally made a grunting noise in response. I would still stay here again cause I don’t need a lot of interaction or pampering, but it was definitely a different vibe than other Hilton properties I have stayed at.

After being unhappy at another chain location, I switched from my usual brand and joined Radisson Rewards for this booking, with a great rate. Arrived here from ROCHESTER International Airport by LYFT ride, not knowing how long I would be staying, or what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a nice area, on busy Route 31, Monroe Ave , East of the city, but still close to all major attractions, like GeorgeEastman House, Memorial Art Gallery, Highland Park, Rochester Museum and Science Center, by car, also on city bus routes. My comfy accessible room is roomy and restful, with a King bed and roll-in shower, many safety bars in bathroom. There is a window unit for climate control , Microwave and fridge in my room, and a 40 inch flat screen TV that has a sharp picture with premium channels. Room and lobby WIFI works well., except with my Apple phone. Cozy family reading area with adult and children's books and a single computer/printer business center in lobby. I was happy to find a small coin operated laundromat and a tiny gym, with two machines. Amenities include a very good hot and cold breakfast served in lobby, with 24/7 refreshment and coffee/tea bar. Spunkmeyer cookies at desk, a small convenience store for essentials, including frozen entrees. Smoke free premises, however there is an outside seating area, with wooden Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for smokers. Four Electric car charging stations make this a great location for modern savvy travelers who care about the environment. Coffee-Tea stations in room and lobby were well stocked. The diverse cheerful and helpful staff keep all common areas very clean; all of them are very helpful and accommodating . I enjoyed conversing with International guest clientele in several languages, including Japanese tourists. With rewards member rates, its a great deal and price point. Ethnic restaurants and shopping nearby, including Pittsford Plaza and Eastview Mall . I recommend this hotel to all traveler friends in this area, and beyond, including my 50,000. travel chat buddies on Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, without hesitation. BW ロチェスター マーケットプレイス インに 1 泊しただけで十分でした。長所--スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋は（ほとんど更新されました）。州間高速道路 90 号線からわずか数分の好立地ですが、レストランやショッピングがたくさんあるエリアにあります。朝食はおいしかったです（混雑していましたが）--卵、ベーコン、ワッフルメーカー、ベーグル、マフィン、シリアル、フルーツが含まれていました。短所--部屋はほとんど更新されただけでした...私のバスルームには壁紙が剥がれていて、備品は錆びていました。私はそれが好きではありませんでした。また、非常にうるさかったです。ある種のスポーツチームがホテルに滞在していて、彼らは廊下を駆け抜け、私の周りの部屋で非常に遅くまで騒々しかった.そして早朝に火災警報器が鳴りました。言うまでもなく、私たちは十分な睡眠をとれず、実際には予定より 2 時間早く出発しました。

Suite was clean. But pets next door and across were barking...Bathroom was part of the bedroom, so any one staying in the suite had to go thru the bedroom to get to it. Breakfast was OK, simple, eggs were dry and they ran out of some selections by late morning. Better food at Cracker Barrel!
