Brighton House

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Brighton House. The welcome was warm, the place itself was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was sumptuous and there were very generous treats laid out for guests by the stairs. We loved it! And so well located for the centre and the sea. Brilliant value for money! Huge thanks to Carl and his team.

Regency Square is a good base to see Brighton and Hove. The i360 Viewing Tower is very close. The breakfast was tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough and the TV had YouTube! Apart from a bit of a struggle to get hot water from the shower, a very smooth and pleasant stay. I would go again.

Another lovely stay at Brighton House. I arrived early and was delighted that my room was ready for me. A small room but with a balcony and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had been refurbished and was very fresh. I had everything I needed and felt very welcome and looked after. The continental breakfast was good and I enjoyed my conversation with the lady serving it. Brighton House is perfect when you want to stay somewhere close to everything but still have peace and quiet. It’s such a good location for the beach, shops etc.

From the second we walked through the door we felt at home. Everyone there was lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast has some good options especially the freshly made yogurt. The hotel is also based in a very good location, it’s about a 10 minute walk to Churchill Square, 5 minutes from the i360 and 15 minutes from the lanes. We’ll definitely be staying at Brighton House again.

Myself and friends stayed at Brighton house for 3 nights. We were initially met by Carl, who was friendly, polite and really made our stay. Fresh homemade cakes and chocolate cookies were a nice touch. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options and was good value. Great location, near to local attractions including the Brighton i-360.

We had a brilliant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dead handy for the gig at The Brighton Centre. Very close for a wander around The Lanes and close to plenty of restaurants and pubs. Nice, relaxed continental breakfast in the morning. We’ll be back!

Lovely place to stay. Comfortable and clean bedroom. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of freshly prepared fruit, fish, meat, bread products, local cheese, etc. Brilliant location just off the seafront. Easy walk to all attractions. Despite the storms the starlings were not dissuaded and they murmurated around the pier, creating a not to be missed sight. Car parking in Brighton is expensive but if you don't want to pay it then travel by public transport. It's a wonderful place to spend time in.

Comfortable bed and room. Lovely building with views of Regency Square gardens and the sea. Delicious breakfast and homemade cakes on arrival! Near to shops and seafront. Secure parking nearby. Need to be fit to walk up four flights of stairs to single room!

Amazingly pleasant stay at this lovely B & B. My room was clean, comfy, quiet and warm, the weather was raging outside. The bed was fantastically comfortable, the bathroom small, but clean and perfectly adequate. I had all I needed as extras, the staff are pleasant, polite and informative, nothing was too much for them. The seafront and Brighton Centre are a short walk away. I am vegan and they catered for me at breakfast very well. I would not hesitate in recommending Brighton House to anyone wishing to stay in Brighton.
