The apar**ent is in a great location, comes with a car park which is great. Ours was very small and we had a big van so was tricky to park. Nice big apar**ent with amazing views. A little dated and some of the furniture and ammenities could do with replacing. Pool is lovely and the area around it nice and spacious. Would definitely stay again in the hopes that the feedback given has been addressed.

We love Broadbeach, the apar**ent was so close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, gym, beach. The amenities were great and unlike a hotel, they were quiet! With us being a family of five, we loved being in a fully self contained apar**ent.

what a disaster!! We checked in on Xmas eve at 2pm (because we were told we couldn’t check in and earlier) and reception was already shut. We were only left one key for each 2 bedroom apar**ent. This would have been ok - but the place is set up like Fort Knox so it was a logistical nigh**are trying to get everyone in and out of the rooms/hotel. We phoned after hours service who were sooo rude - they said “you should have arrived earlier and because you checked in after reception had left we would need to deal with for the next 3 days until reception returned. This was completely unacceptable given the price we were paying per night and we had booked 4 apar**ents. The lady at reception was really helpful on her return and apologised. We also had a major leak in the room from the storms.

Huge two bedder perfect for two adults and 3 little ones. Loved the extra big couch made perfect to chill out. Our room had a great view of the pool.

We stayed in a gorgeous, large 3-bedroom modern apar**ent. Great pool and spa, though the building shades the pool from about 2pm in summer. Fantastic location. Only a block from the beach. Heaps of dining around, as well as supermarket access. Tram station is also a short walk. Only downside is there is currently construction noise which starts at 6am across the road for a new building, but we assumed this was why we got a great deal. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

We had a lovely stay here! The room was amazing, kids loved the pool/spa, great location, customer service was A . Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back!

The location is great and easy walking to all that Broadbeach has to offer. However, the website leads you to believe that family units are on the 2nd floor. We arrived after hours and were on the 20th floor. Speaking to reception the next morning, the blunt response was that we needed to request this upon booking. With regard to the unit; the oven did not heat and it appeared to be a faulty dial, the main wardrobe lacked room because of a shower chair stored in it. On our 3rd day we arrived back to a shattered window and the response from management was quick and efficient. They then moved us to a 2nd floor apar**ent. Overall, both units lacked the finer cleanliness expected for ‘luxury apar**ents’ (main bed springs were collapsing, AC flow was poor, leather lounge was peeling and needed to be vacuumed, blankets stained etc). Overall, location is great, the pool and gym were of very high quality, and main areas are quite luxe, there is just some areas that need attention when you consider the price your paying.
